Rates are hourly. 7+ hours earns 1 free hour, 12+ hours earns 2, 15+ hours earns 3. 8% tax applies. Checkout shows exactly what is charged today and when any balance is due. Tip is optional — 10/15/20% presets at checkout. It is never added automatically.

The Luxury SUV is the everyday snowbird vehicle for couples and small groups (luggage and gear fit confirmed separately). The Executive Sprinter covers visiting family and neighbor outings. The Mini Bus (24 Pax) handles a whole community group with minimal luggage.

Seasonal Services

Season Arrival

Airport pickup: When you land at Sky Harbor we are ready with flight tracking, luggage help and a direct transfer to your winter home or RV park. A one-way Luxury SUV airport transfer is $225 before tax, $243 with tax. A transfer is flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off; longer transfers are priced from the drive with the empty return included. The Executive Sprinter, for a bigger arrival, is $295 before tax.

Driving down? Some couples split up, one driving the RV and one flying. We handle the flying half, plus mid-season visits and the occasional breakdown rescue.

Regular Transportation

Golf: Our golf transportation covers daily or weekly course runs, visiting-player pickups and multi-course days. A 5-hour half-day golf block in the Luxury SUV is $625 before tax, $675 with tax.

Medical appointments: Mayo Clinic Scottsdale, Banner facilities and specialty appointments, on time and door to door. A 4-hour block (the minimum) is $500 before tax; your chauffeur waits within your booked time and adds stops as needed.

Shopping and errands: Grocery runs, mall trips and pharmacy pickups, with as many stops as your booked hours allow.

RV parks and communities keep busy calendars: potlucks, dances, card tournaments and group outings. We provide event transportation, safe post-celebration returns and one vehicle for the whole group of neighbors. Restaurant nights out come with a round trip, no parking and no night driving.

Visiting Family

When the kids and grandkids fly in, we cover airport pickups, day trips, activity shuttles and the return to the airport. Hosting a gathering at your winter home? We coordinate multiple arrivals and the event-day shuttle.

Day Trips

A 10-hour Sedona day in the Executive Sprinter earns 1 free hour and bills 9: $1,305 plus 8% tax, about $93 per person when 14 neighbors share it. The same day in the Luxury SUV is $1,125 before tax, $1,215 with tax.

Cultural Experiences

The Heard Museum, Phoenix Art Museum, Musical Instrument Museum, Taliesin West and the Desert Botanical Garden by day. Phoenix Symphony, Arizona Opera, touring Broadway and the Herberger Theater by night, with a ride home afterward.

Sporting Events

Cardinals, Suns and hockey in winter, then spring training in February and March and the WM Phoenix Open. Stadium transportation ends the parking hassle.

RV Park and Community Service

We serve every snowbird community, including Apache Junction, Mesa, Gold Canyon, Queen Creek, Casa Grande and Fountain Hills. Your chauffeur picks up at your specific site or community center, follows park roads and rules, and treats your neighbors like clients.

Neighbors traveling together split one hourly rate. Six friends on a 4-hour Luxury SUV outing ($500 before tax) pay about $83 each. Tell our reservations team about recurring golf days or standing appointments and we hold the schedule for you.

Pricing for Snowbirds

We know many winter visitors plan on a fixed budget, so the math is simple. You pay the hourly rate for the vehicle you choose plus 8% tax. Tip is optional and up to you. There are no fuel or service fees, and the quote you see at booking is the price you pay.

Most snowbirds know their regular golf days, medical appointments, social events and family visit dates in advance. Send us the schedule when you have it and we will confirm what is open for each date.
