How it works on the day

Good to know. Bottled water is on board and it is the only complimentary amenity; refreshments, custom signage and anything else are add-ons you choose at checkout.

• Where we meet you: One pickup address for the whole group and one phone we call — the maid of honor, not the group chat. List every stop on the reservation before the night starts; stops on an hourly charter cost nothing, so there is no reason to leave any of them off.
• Luggage: This is a lounge cabin, not a luggage van. Bring what you can hold, and if the night starts or ends at a hotel with everyone’s bags, tell us so we can confirm the fit in writing. The Ultra Luxury Party Sprinter is rated for up to 6 bags.
• What we can and cannot do: Hourly charters start at four hours. The vehicle stays with your group for the whole booked window, so the clock runs from pickup to the last drop-off, not per stop. Anything the online quote cannot price — an unusual route, a multi-vehicle movement, a vehicle we hold for request only — goes to the reservations desk and comes back as a written quote before any card is charged.
• What it costs: 7 hours in the Ultra Luxury Party Sprinter (seats 15): the hour ladder gives you 1 free hour, so you pay for 6: 6 × $250 = $1,500. Add 8% Arizona tax; there is no booking fee and no fuel fee. 50% holds the date and the balance is charged 48 hours before pickup.
