Phoenix pickups, from Roosevelt Row to Ahwatukee and Desert Ridge

Phoenix is the widest service area we cover: Downtown and Roosevelt Row, the Camelback Corridor and Biltmore area, Arcadia, Sunnyslope and North Phoenix, Desert Ridge, and the Ahwatukee foothills south of the mountain. Most Phoenix work is airport transfers, corporate travel and event nights.

How we work in Phoenix

Scottsdale Sprinters covers Phoenix with chauffeured Sprinters first; larger groups move up to a party bus, mini coach or motorcoach. Typical trips: Sky Harbor arrivals, downtown stadium and convention nights, Old Town evenings and Grand Canyon day tours. Sky Harbor sits inside the city, which is exactly why Phoenix pickups go wrong when they are left to chance — the terminal kerbs are short and heavily policed. We monitor the flight, meet the group, and load in one pass. For a downtown stadium or convention night, one vehicle holds the group together through road closures that scatter a rideshare party.

Where we pick up in Phoenix

We pick up at residences, offices along Central Avenue and the Camelback Corridor, Downtown hotels, and the Sky Harbor terminals. Desert Ridge, Mayo Clinic and the Ahwatukee foothills are all inside the standard service area, so a south-Phoenix pickup is booked the same way a downtown one is.

What a booking costs in Phoenix

The fleet seats 6 to 56. Below are the Sprinters first, then the group end, each with the rate, the minimum, what that minimum comes to and the per-person figure the pricing page publishes for the same vehicle, on the same basis. The full grid is on the pricing page, and it is the same grid in Phoenix as everywhere else we serve.

An hourly charter carries a 4-hour minimum on every listed vehicle, and a 5-hour minimum on the 56-Passenger Motorcoach. A point-to-point transfer has no hourly minimum at all: it is flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off, and a longer transfer is priced from the drive with the empty return included, with the basis shown on the quote.

What you pay at checkout depends on the method you choose. Some methods take a 50% deposit and charge the balance to that same method no earlier than 48 hours before pickup; others settle in full at checkout and leave nothing due before the ride. Checkout says which applies to yours before you confirm.

Cancellation is decided by the date first. An ordinary date refunds in full 14 or more days ahead; a reservation of 20 or more passengers or 2 or more vehicles refunds in full 30 or more days ahead, with the deposit kept from there in to 14 days; and a major-event date overrides both — its deposit is not refundable and the balance returns only 60 or more days ahead.

Added at the end: 8% Arizona tax, and nothing else — no booking fee and no fuel fee. A promotion code is capped at 10%. Gratuity is optional and is never added for you. Taking the return leg together with the outbound takes 20% off the return leg. An added stop is $50 on a transfer or a round trip and is complimentary on an hourly charter.

Limo service in Phoenix

The limousines run in Phoenix as well as Scottsdale, chauffeured, from the same pickups as every other vehicle on this page. The Chrysler Limo is the classic stretch for up to 8; the limo Sprinters are the Sprinter-built limousines; the Pink Hummer Limo is the stretch Hummer for up to 18.

Book one by the hour, with a 4-hour minimum on every one (7 or more hours earns 1 free hour, 12 or more hours earns 2 free hours, 15 or more hours earns 3 free hours), or as a one-way transfer, flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off; longer transfers are priced from the drive with the empty return included. Each limousine's page carries its hourly rate and transfer price. Guests 21 and over may bring their own drinks; Scottsdale Sprinters sells no alcohol, and a trip with anyone under 21 on board is alcohol-free. The Scottsdale limo service guide compares the cabins.

Frequently asked questions

How do Sky Harbor pickups work?

We track the flight, so a delay moves the pickup rather than costing you the booking. The chauffeur meets the group at the agreed terminal door and loads in one pass — the Sky Harbor kerbs are short, so a planned meeting point matters more here than at most airports.

Which Phoenix neighbourhoods do you cover?

Downtown and Roosevelt Row, Central and Midtown Phoenix, the Camelback Corridor and Biltmore area, Arcadia, Sunnyslope, North Phoenix and Moon Valley, Desert Ridge, and Ahwatukee. Pricing does not change by neighbourhood — it is the same published hourly rate everywhere in the metro.

Can you handle a downtown event with road closures?

Yes. For downtown stadium and convention nights we agree a pickup point clear of the closure ring before the event, so the group walks a short, known distance instead of standing in a crowd waiting for a car that cannot reach them.

Do you serve the other two airports as well?

Yes — Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX), Scottsdale Airport (SCF) and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway (AZA). Tell the reservations team the airport and flight number and the pickup is built around the arrival.

Who provides chauffeured Sprinter service in Phoenix?

Scottsdale Sprinters. Pickups anywhere in Phoenix run at one published rate per vehicle, listed in the rate table on this page.

What does a Sprinter cost from Phoenix?

Each Sprinter row in the rate table on this page gives its hourly rate, its minimum and what that minimum totals.

Which Sprinter suits a Phoenix corporate group?

The Executive Black Sprinter, 14 seats, is our standing choice for corporate travel; a smaller executive party books the Maybach Jet Sprinter (9 seats).

Which Phoenix trips do you run?

Sky Harbor arrivals and departures, Camelback Corridor meetings, downtown stadium nights, Grand Canyon day trips and the Lake Powell overnight.
