How it works on the day

Good to know. Party buses and bookings of 20+ passengers carry the large-group cancellation window rather than the standard one.

• Where we meet you: A party bus needs room to stand and turn, so give us a street address with curb space rather than a driveway or a parking structure, and one phone we call for the group. List every stop on the reservation up front — stops on an hourly charter cost nothing.
• Luggage: There is real floor space on board, but it is shared with the people standing on it. If the night starts or ends with everyone’s overnight bags, tell us and we confirm the fit in writing. The Party Bus (28 Pax) is rated for up to 45 bags.
• What we can and cannot do: Hourly charters start at four hours. The largest party bus bookable here seats 28; past that a group moves on the 29-passenger Executive Mini Coach, the 56-passenger motorcoach, or a coordinated multi-vehicle fleet on one reservation. Anything the online quote cannot price — an unusual route, a multi-vehicle movement, a vehicle we hold for request only — goes to the reservations desk and comes back as a written quote before any card is charged.
• What it costs: 4 hours in the Party Bus (28 Pax): 4 × $250 = $1,000. Add 8% Arizona tax; there is no booking fee and no fuel fee. 50% holds the date and the balance is charged 48 hours before pickup.
