What a spring training game day costs (before tax)

Every vehicle we list is below, in seat order, at its published rate — the same set the picker on this page offers. Arizona sales tax of 8% is added at checkout. The fare belongs to the vehicle, not the head count, so the per-seat figure falls as the cabin fills.

Rates are per vehicle per hour, before tax and gratuity. Your quote is confirmed in writing before anything is reserved.

Two games in one day

A two-game day is one hourly booking: pickup timed to the first game, the first ballpark, an optional stop, the drive to the second ballpark, dinner if you want it, and the ride home. Reserve 10 hours and you are billed for 9, because a booking of 7 hours or more does not bill one of its hours.

On the Executive Black Sprinter that is $1,305 before tax, about $93 a seat for 14. On the Party Bus (28 Pax) it is $2,250, about $80 a seat for 28. Stops inside an hourly booking are part of it; the route is confirmed once both game times and tickets are confirmed.

The ten Cactus League ballparks

The official Cactus League uses 10 stadiums for 15 MLB teams across the Phoenix area. Two are in Scottsdale; the rest are in the East Valley and the West Valley, and a two-game day is simplest between neighbours.

Drop-off and pickup at Salt River Fields

Salt River Fields’ own materials name the access road beside the grass-field lots, or the Centerfield Parking Lots, as the suggested pickup and drop-off areas, off its three entrances on Pima Road. Use those as the planning anchor, then follow event-day signs and staff for the actual vehicle movement.

Weekend games and the cancellation window

Saturday and Sunday games in the Cactus League window are major-event dates on our booking calendar, so they run on the 60-day major-event cancellation window. Weekday games follow the standard or large-group terms, depending on the size of the group. The rate is the same published table either way.

Choosing the vehicle

Fit decides first. The Luxury SUV (Suburban) seats 6; the 56-Passenger Motorcoach seats 56 and is the largest single vehicle we run, so a bigger group is two vehicles on one reservation.

Then the kind of day decides the cabin. The Executive Black Sprinter, Executive White Sprinter, Maybach Jet Sprinter, Maybach Shuttle Sprinter, Mini Bus (24 Pax), Grech Executive Mini Coach (27 Pax), Executive Mini Coach (29 Pax) and 56-Passenger Motorcoach give proper seating for a family, a company group or a golf-and-baseball trip.
