WM Phoenix Open transportation in Scottsdale & Phoenix
Scottsdale Sprinters runs chauffeured group transportation to the WM Phoenix Open, the Waste Management Open to many, priced by the hour from $125 in the 6-seat Luxury SUV (Suburban) to $325 in the 56-Passenger Motorcoach. A 5-hour tournament day comes to $625 to $1,625 before tax for the whole vehicle, and the ride out, the wait while your group is inside and the ride back go on one written schedule. We are not the tournament: no tickets, no passes, no parking.

What this covers, and what it does not
We are a chauffeured transportation service. We are not affiliated with the tournament, the grounds, any sponsor or any organizer, and we do not sell, hold or deliver tickets, parking passes or admission. Bring your own; we drive.
We drop you at the closest, safest point to the tournament: near Curaleaf on Greenway-Hayden Loop, across the street from the course, or, when the roads are open, a short walk from the main entrance. We agree the approach and the return point with you in writing.
What it costs (before tax)
Every vehicle we list is below, in seat order, at its published rate — the same set the picker on this page offers. Arizona sales tax of 8% is added at checkout. The fare belongs to the vehicle, not the head count.
Rates are per vehicle per hour, before tax and gratuity. Your quote is confirmed in writing before anything is reserved.

What a full day comes to
Reserve 10 hours on the Executive Black Sprinter and you are billed for 9 of them, because a booking of 7 hours or more does not bill one of its hours (12 or more does not bill two). At $145/hr that is $1,305 before tax for the vehicle and all 14 seats — about $93 a seat with the cabin full.
The same arithmetic works on every row above: the rate, times the hours you are billed for, plus 8% tax. Add-ons and gratuity are your choice and sit on the quote as their own lines, never inside the fare.
Choosing the cabin
Fit decides first. The Luxury SUV (Suburban) seats 6; the 56-Passenger Motorcoach seats 56 and is the largest single vehicle we run, so a bigger movement is two vehicles on one reservation rather than one bigger coach.
Then the kind of day decides the cabin. A hospitality group or a company outing usually wants proper executive seating, and that is what we suggest for a tournament day: the Executive Black Sprinter, Executive White Sprinter, Maybach Jet Sprinter, Maybach Shuttle Sprinter, Mini Bus (24 Pax), Grech Executive Mini Coach (27 Pax), Executive Mini Coach (29 Pax) and 56-Passenger Motorcoach seat 8–56 that way. The Pink Hummer Limo, Party Bus (28 Pax), Limo Lounge Party Sprinter, Limo Party Sprinter (13 Pax) and Ultra Luxury Party Sprinter book identically, at their own rates, for a group that wants the day to feel more like a night out.
Mobility and accessibility needs belong in the same message — a low step, a seat near the door, room for a walker, a wheelchair or a folding mobility scooter — because vehicles differ and it changes which one fits. Anything this page cannot answer, access, wait or return questions included, goes to the contact form or to (623) 986-6339.

Frequently asked questions
Do you provide charter transportation for a golf tournament?
Yes. A tournament day is an hourly charter: we collect the group, drive out, wait through the day and take everyone back. One booking covers a spectator day, a practice day or a hospitality group, and every vehicle in the table above runs it.
What does a tournament day cost?
The published hourly rate for the cabin you book: $125 to $325 an hour across the table above, with a 4-hour minimum on every vehicle except the 56-Passenger Motorcoach (5-hour minimum). 10 reserved hours on the Executive Black Sprinter bill 9 hours at $145/hr — $1,305 before tax for all 14 seats. Arizona tax of 8% is added at checkout.
Do you sell tickets, parking passes or entry?
No. We sell transportation only. Tickets, credentials, hospitality and parking come from the tournament and its own sellers. Without a ticket we can still drive you; we simply cannot get you in.
Can one reservation cover several vehicles?
Yes. Send the rider count and every pickup address in the order you want them run, and the whole movement goes on one written schedule with one on-site contact. Refund and change terms are computed from the real booking at our policies.
Where do the clubs and bags go?
In the cabin, and they cost seats. A seat count is a seating limit, not a luggage figure: clubs, chairs and coolers take room from passengers, so a group carrying a full set each fits fewer than the seat column suggests. See our fleet.
Is a plain round of golf booked here or somewhere else?
Here is the tournament day; an ordinary round is the same hourly charter, written up on our golf outing transportation page and priced from the same grid. Book whichever describes your day.
