Gilbert pickups, from the Heritage District to San Tan Village

Scottsdale Sprinters is a Scottsdale chauffeured transportation company serving metro Phoenix. Gilbert books the largest groups of any city on this list. The Heritage District in Downtown Gilbert is a dining destination in its own right, and the neighbourhoods around it — Agritopia, Morrison Ranch, Seville, Val Vista, Lyons Gate — generate wedding parties, family celebrations and shuttle runs that need real seat count.

How we work in Gilbert

A Gilbert wedding usually needs two things at once: guests moved from a hotel block and a wedding party moved separately, both on a schedule nobody wants to manage on the day. One large chauffeured vehicle running a repeating loop for a fixed number of hours does that, and it is billed the same way whether it is moving or waiting.

Where we pick up in Gilbert

We pick up across West Gilbert and the Heritage District, North Gilbert near Val Vista and San Tan Village, and South and Southeast Gilbert through Seville, Power Ranch, Agritopia, Higley, Morrison Ranch and Lyons Gate out to the Queen Creek border.

What a booking costs in Gilbert

The fleet seats 6 to 56. Below are the Sprinters first, then the group end, each with the rate, the minimum, what that minimum comes to and the per-person figure the pricing page publishes for the same vehicle, on the same basis. The full grid is on the pricing page, and it is the same grid in Gilbert as everywhere else we serve.

An hourly charter carries a 4-hour minimum on every listed vehicle, and a 5-hour minimum on the 56-Passenger Motorcoach. A point-to-point transfer has no hourly minimum at all: it is flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off, and a longer transfer is priced from the drive with the empty return included, with the basis shown on the quote.

What you pay at checkout depends on the method you choose. Some methods take a 50% deposit and charge the balance to that same method no earlier than 48 hours before pickup; others settle in full at checkout and leave nothing due before the ride. Checkout says which applies to yours before you confirm.

Cancellation is decided by the date first. An ordinary date refunds in full 14 or more days ahead; a reservation of 20 or more passengers or 2 or more vehicles refunds in full 30 or more days ahead, with the deposit kept from there in to 14 days; and a major-event date overrides both — its deposit is not refundable and the balance returns only 60 or more days ahead.

Added at the end: 8% Arizona tax, and nothing else — no booking fee and no fuel fee. A promotion code is capped at 10%. Gratuity is optional and is never added for you. Taking the return leg together with the outbound takes 20% off the return leg. An added stop is $50 on a transfer or a round trip and is complimentary on an hourly charter.

Frequently asked questions

Can you run a wedding shuttle loop in Gilbert?

Yes. A large vehicle running a repeating hotel-to-venue loop for a set number of hours is the standard arrangement, and it is billed at the same hourly rate whether it is moving or waiting at the kerb.

How big a group can you seat?

Up to 56 passengers in a single vehicle, with several sizes below that. Larger groups move on coordinated multi-vehicle service. Luggage and gear fit is confirmed separately, in writing, before payment.

Do you serve the Heritage District and Agritopia?

Yes — Downtown Gilbert and the Heritage District, Agritopia and Higley, Morrison Ranch, Seville and Power Ranch, Val Vista and San Tan Village are all inside the normal Gilbert service area.

When should a Gilbert wedding party book?

Availability varies by date and by vehicle. Same-day bookings are welcome with no cutoff, subject to availability. Request a current quote for your date and we confirm in writing what is open. Large groups and multi-vehicle bookings also get the longer cancellation window: a full refund 30 or more days out.
