Commercial access

This destination requires a commercial access review. Permits, tour-operator access and site rules are verified and confirmed in writing before any booking is accepted.

How it works on the day

Good to know. Bottled water is on board and it is the only complimentary amenity; park entry, meals and anything bought on the way are yours.

• Where we meet you: One pickup address for the whole party and one phone we call, and expect an early start. The day is booked as a single hourly charter, so the vehicle and chauffeur stay with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off — the clock does not stop at the rim.
• Luggage: Pack for a long day out rather than a move: layers for the rim, water, and room for what you buy. If anyone is being dropped at an airport afterwards with full luggage, say so when you book so the fit is confirmed in writing. The Executive Black Sprinter is rated for up to 40 bags.
• What we can and cannot do: The day is priced by the hour with a four-hour minimum, and the drive each way is inside the booked window, not on top of it. Park entry, permits and site access are set by the operators there; where a destination needs a commercial access review we confirm it in writing before accepting a booking. Anything the online quote cannot price — an unusual route, a multi-vehicle movement, a vehicle we hold for request only — goes to the reservations desk and comes back as a written quote before any card is charged.
• What it costs: 14 hours in the Executive Black Sprinter (seats 14): the hour ladder gives you 2 free hours, so you pay for 12: 12 × $145 = $1,740. Add 8% Arizona tax; there is no booking fee and no fuel fee. 50% holds the date and the balance is charged 48 hours before pickup.
