What to tell us

The more of this we have, the faster reservations can give you a straight answer.

The mobility device

  • The type of device — manual chair, power chair, scooter, walker
  • Its dimensions and weight
  • Whether it folds, and whether it can travel stowed

Boarding and transfer

  • Whether the passenger transfers to a vehicle seat, and what help that takes
  • Whether anyone is travelling with them to assist
  • Anything about the pickup or drop-off point we should know — kerb, steps, distance to the door

The trip itself

  • How many passengers in total, and how much luggage
  • Pickup and return times, and every stop in between
  • The date, and whether the timing can flex

What happens next

Reservations reviews what you have told us against the vehicles available on your date, and answers in writing: what can be confirmed, what cannot, and anything we would need to check first. Nothing is assumed until that confirmation exists.

If we cannot arrange what the trip needs, we will say so plainly rather than leave you to find out on the day.

Booking

Send the details above and we will come back with what is possible for your date.

Give us as much notice as you can. A longer lead time widens what we are able to confirm; it is not a guarantee on its own.
