How we work in Tempe

On a game or festival weekend the streets around the ASU campus and Town Lake close or clog, and parking near Mill Avenue disappears entirely. A chauffeured vehicle drops the group on the near side of the closure and picks up at the same point afterwards, which is the difference between leaving when you want to and waiting an hour for a surge to pass.

What a booking costs in Tempe

The fleet seats 6 to 56. Below are the Sprinters first, then the group end, each with the rate, the minimum, what that minimum comes to and the per-person figure the pricing page publishes for the same vehicle, on the same basis. The full grid is on the pricing page, and it is the same grid in Tempe as everywhere else we serve.

An hourly charter carries a 4-hour minimum on every listed vehicle, and a 5-hour minimum on the 56-Passenger Motorcoach. A point-to-point transfer has no hourly minimum at all: it is flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off, and a longer transfer is priced from the drive with the empty return included, with the basis shown on the quote.

What you pay at checkout depends on the method you choose. Some methods take a 50% deposit and charge the balance to that same method no earlier than 48 hours before pickup; others settle in full at checkout and leave nothing due before the ride. Checkout says which applies to yours before you confirm.

Cancellation is decided by the date first. An ordinary date refunds in full 14 or more days ahead; a reservation of 20 or more passengers or 2 or more vehicles refunds in full 30 or more days ahead, with the deposit kept from there in to 14 days; and a major-event date overrides both — its deposit is not refundable and the balance returns only 60 or more days ahead.

Added at the end: 8% Arizona tax, and nothing else — no booking fee and no fuel fee. A promotion code is capped at 10%. Gratuity is optional and is never added for you. Taking the return leg together with the outbound takes 20% off the return leg. An added stop is $50 on a transfer or a round trip and is complimentary on an hourly charter.

Frequently asked questions

Can you handle an ASU game-day group?

Yes. ASU game days are regular work here. We agree a pickup point outside the closure ring before kickoff, hold the vehicle through the game, and collect the group at the same spot afterwards.

What about a Mill Avenue bar crawl?

The vehicle is yours for the hours you book, so it moves with you between stops and waits while you are inside. Passengers 21 and over may drink on board in a vehicle for hire; the chauffeur never does.

Do you cover Tempe Town Lake events?

Yes. Festival weekends at Tempe Town Lake close roads and fill the downtown lots, so groups book a pickup on the near side of the closures rather than trying to park.

How far is Sky Harbor from Tempe?

Sky Harbor is the closest airport to Tempe and the one almost every Tempe transfer uses. We monitor the flight and build the pickup around the actual arrival time.
