Chauffeur-driven corporate and convention group transportation for meetings, hotel shuttles, conferences, client events, and team movements in Scottsdale, Arizona.
From four executives to 2,000–3,000 guests
56 seats in one vehicle, our largest
2,000–3,000 guests across a coordinated multi-vehicle program
The biggest single vehicle we run is the 56-Passenger Motorcoach — 56 seats, one chauffeur, one door. Below it sit party buses, mini buses, Executive Sprinters and a luxury Suburban, so a four-person board run and a 56-seat shuttle are the same booking with a different vehicle on it.
Above 56 the answer is arithmetic, not a different company: we book the fleet in multiples and coordinate it. On that footing a corporate or event program runs to 2,000–3,000 guests — conference shuttles, incentive trips, multi-day event transport — on one reservation, one schedule and one contact at the desk who owns it.
Give us a headcount and a schedule and we will tell you how many vehicles it takes, in writing, before anything is charged.

Planning a company holiday party
A holiday party is three movements in one night: collecting people from the office or a hotel, arriving at the venue together, and getting everyone home at the end — which is later, and messier, than anyone plans for.
One reservation covers all three. Bring the answers below and the quote comes back in writing, with the vehicles named.
Bring these and we can quote it
Where the group starts: the office, one hotel, several hotels, or people making their own way to a single meeting point.
How many are riding, and whether that number is confirmed or still moving.
The venue address, and the arrival time you want people inside rather than the time you want to leave.
Whether guests bring coats, gifts, awards, décor or equipment, because those take seats or luggage room.
Mobility and accessibility needs — a walker or wheelchair, a folding mobility scooter, a low step, a seat near the door, or a short walk from the drop point.
How the night ends: everyone together at one time, or return waves as people leave.
One on-site contact we can reach, so the chauffeur works from a written schedule instead of a group chat.
Settled closer to the date
Not ours to promise weeks out, so we confirm them with you rather than print them here.
Where a vehicle of your size may stop, and how close that is to the door — the venue sets that on the night.
Exact late-hour return waves, which settle once the headcount and the end time are real.
Availability on your date, which is confirmed in writing before anything is reserved.
Anything the venue or your own company requires of an arriving vehicle.
Fit decides the vehicle: executive seating for the ride to dinner and the ride home, in Sprinters, mini buses and coaches up to the 56-seat 56-Passenger Motorcoach. If the party is meant to start in the vehicle, ask for a party cabin and the quote is written for that instead. Neither is assumed.
Send the answers above and we will tell you how many vehicles it takes and what it costs, in writing, before anything is charged.

How it works on the day
Good to know. Groups of 20+ passengers, or any booking with two or more vehicles, carry the large-group cancellation window rather than the standard one.
Where we meet you: Book the whole program on one reservation and name one on-site contact we call — not each rider. Put the exact street address of every movement on the booking, plus the name your event contact uses for the property’s loading area if it has one; the chauffeur works from what is written on the reservation. Reservations answer 8am–10pm seven days, and the rides themselves run any hour.
Luggage: Passenger capacity is a seating limit, not cargo space. List banner cases, pop-up displays, sample boxes and crew gear when you request the quote so the fit is confirmed in writing rather than discovered at the curb. The Executive Black Sprinter is rated for up to 40 bags.
What we can and cannot do: Hourly charters start at four hours on every vehicle except the 56-passenger motorcoach, which starts at five. The 56-passenger motorcoach is the largest single vehicle we run; a bigger movement is a coordinated multi-vehicle fleet on one reservation, not one larger bus. Anything the online quote cannot price — an unusual route, a multi-vehicle movement, a vehicle we hold for request only — goes to the reservations desk and comes back as a written quote before any card is charged.
What it costs: 12 hours in the Executive Black Sprinter (seats 14): the hour ladder gives you 2 free hours, so you pay for 10: 10 × $145 = $1,450. Add 8% Arizona tax; there is no booking fee and no fuel fee. 50% holds the date and the balance is charged 48 hours before pickup.
