Weddings, large groups and event dates: book 4 to 8 weeks ahead. Everything else: 48 hours is plenty; same-day when we have the vehicle.
The date, the pickup time and address, where you are going, how many passengers, and roughly how many hours you need. That is enough for a firm quote at the published hourly rate; anything else we can settle on the phone.

A 50% deposit holds the vehicle and the balance is charged to the card on file two days before pickup. Arizona sales tax is added at checkout; there is no booking fee and no service charge.
