How far ahead to book
Availability varies by date and by vehicle. Same-day bookings are welcome with no cutoff, subject to availability. Request a current quote for your date and we confirm in writing what is open.
What to include in a quote request
The date, the pickup time and address, where you are going, how many passengers, and roughly how many hours you need. That is enough for a firm quote at the published hourly rate; anything else we can settle on the phone.

How a booking is confirmed
How the rest settles depends on how you pay: on a card, a 50% deposit holds the date and your written confirmation sets out the balance and its timing; paying in full at checkout leaves nothing else due before your ride; a payment link from the reservations desk opens that same checkout. Arizona sales tax is added at checkout; there is no booking fee and no service charge.
