Frequently asked questions

How do I book a vehicle?

Book Scottsdale Sprinters online: choose a vehicle, pick your date and pickup time, add any stops, and confirm. You get an emailed confirmation with the details straight away. If you would rather talk it through, call or text (623) 986-6339 or email reservations@scottsdalesprinters.com.

How far in advance should I book?

Availability varies by date and by vehicle. Same-day bookings are welcome with no cutoff, subject to availability. Request a current quote for your date and we confirm in writing what is open.

Can I book a party bus or Sprinter for tonight?

Yes, when a vehicle is free that night. Availability varies by date and by vehicle. Same-day bookings are welcome with no cutoff, subject to availability. Request a current quote for your date and we confirm in writing what is open. For tonight, call or text (623) 986-6339 and the reservations team checks which party buses and Sprinters are still available.

When will someone get back to me?

Book online any hour. Quotes answered 8am–8pm Arizona time, seven days. Booked after 8pm? We confirm by 8am. Rides booked during desk hours (8am–8pm) are confirmed right away.

Can I modify my reservation?

Yes. Ask us 72 or more hours before pickup and we'll move your date once, free, subject to availability — your deposit travels to the new date and the new date's rate applies. Inside 72 hours a date change is treated as a cancellation. Time, pickup address and vehicle changes are handled by the reservations team at any time, subject to availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

Scottsdale Sprinters accepts all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover — plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout.

Do you set up corporate accounts?

Monthly invoicing with PO and cost-center fields is available — ask reservations at reservations@scottsdalesprinters.com.

How is pricing determined?

On a regular day, Scottsdale Sprinters prices charters by the hour: the vehicle's published hourly rate multiplied by your billable hours, from $125 to $325 an hour across the fleet. There is no per-mile charge, no service fee and no booking fee. On a regular day, Arizona sales tax of 8% is added at checkout. Gratuity on a regular day is optional and is never added for you. On a corporate booking or an event booking, gratuity is 15%. Major events and peak dates use event pricing.

Is there a minimum number of hours?

Yes: every Scottsdale Sprinters vehicle has a 4-hour minimum on an hourly charter, except the 56-passenger motorcoach, which has a 5-hour minimum. Airport and point-to-point transfers are priced as a trip instead, with no hourly minimum: flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off, and beyond that priced from the drive, with the empty return included and the basis shown on the quote.

Do longer bookings cost less per hour?

Yes: Scottsdale Sprinters bookings of 7 hours or more earn free hours that come off your billable hours automatically. Book 7 to 11 hours and one hour is free; 12 to 14 hours and two are free; 15 hours or more and three are free.

How much is the deposit?

It depends on how you pay, and you choose that at checkout. How the rest settles depends on how you pay: on a card, a 50% deposit holds the date and your written confirmation sets out the balance and its timing; paying in full at checkout leaves nothing else due before your ride; a payment link from the reservations desk opens that same checkout.

What is added at checkout?

On a regular day, Arizona sales tax of 8% is added to the quoted fare. There is no service charge, fuel surcharge or booking fee. Gratuity on a regular day is optional and is never added for you. On a corporate booking or an event booking, gratuity is 15%. Major events and peak dates use event pricing. One promo code can be applied per booking, capped at 10%.

Do extra stops cost anything?

Only on a transfer or round trip, where each added stop is $50. On an hourly charter stops are complimentary — you have already bought the time.

Is a round trip cheaper than two transfers?

Yes: book the return leg together with the outbound leg and Scottsdale Sprinters takes 20% off the return.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is optional on a regular day, is never added automatically, and goes 100% to your chauffeur: add it at checkout or hand it over in person. On a corporate booking or an event booking, gratuity is 15%.

Do your rates change with the season?

On a regular day, Scottsdale Sprinters quotes from one published hourly rate table. Major events and peak dates use event pricing, and the quote for your date confirms the rate in writing. The pricing page shows the current standard rates and vehicle minimums. On a regular day, Arizona sales tax of 8% is added at checkout. Availability varies by date and by vehicle. Same-day bookings are welcome with no cutoff, subject to availability. Request a current quote for your date and we confirm in writing what is open.

How does pricing work on major events and peak dates?

Listed rates on the site are standard rates for regular days. Major events and peak dates use event pricing. Examples include WM Phoenix Open week, Valentine's Day, New Year's Eve, Super Bowl weekend, and major holidays. Event dates can carry higher hourly rates, full-day minimums, and per-transfer minimums. A vehicle booked for an event day is held for the whole day. On a regular day, Arizona sales tax of 8% is added to the listed rate. There is no booking fee and no service charge. Gratuity on a regular day is optional and is never added for you. On a corporate booking or an event booking, gratuity is 15%. On a long-distance trip with an overnight, chauffeur travel is quoted separately. That covers lodging, or a private room at the client's rental, plus a daily per diem. The policies page sets out the event terms.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 14 or more days before pickup and you get a full refund. Between 72 hours and 14 days we keep the deposit and refund the rest; inside 72 hours the reservation is non-refundable. Large groups, party buses and weddings (20+ passengers or two or more vehicles) get a full refund 30 or more days out and keep-the-deposit terms down to 14 days. Major-event dates — Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale, WM Phoenix Open, Cactus League spring training weekend, New Year's Eve, Prom weekend — run on a longer window of 60 days, and the deposit there is non-refundable: cancel 60 or more days ahead and the balance is refunded; inside 60 days nothing is refunded. If we ever cancel on our side, you get 100% back.

How do I cancel my booking?

Cancel with the link in your Scottsdale Sprinters confirmation email, or call or text (623) 986-6339. We confirm every cancellation in writing.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.
