Paradise Valley estate and resort pickups
Scottsdale Sprinters drives Paradise Valley in chauffeured Sprinters first, including the Maybach cabins. Paradise Valley is a residential town of estates and resorts wrapped around Camelback Mountain, and it is served differently from the rest of the metro: no kerbside scrums, no vehicles idling on narrow streets. Most of our work here is estate pickups, resort transfers and private airport runs to Sky Harbor and Scottsdale Airport.

How we work in Paradise Valley
A Paradise Valley booking is judged on discretion more than anything else. The chauffeur arrives on time, waits where you ask, and does not announce himself to the street. Guests staying at the resorts on the Camelback Mountain side use the same vehicle for the whole visit rather than re-explaining an address every evening.
Where we pick up in Paradise Valley
We pick up at private residences throughout the town, at the resorts on the Camelback Mountain side, and along the Arcadia and Camelback Corridor border. Gate codes and guard-house instructions are held with the reservation so nobody is calling the house from the front gate. The town is incorporated and enclosed by Scottsdale and Phoenix, and it has no commercial district of its own, so an address here is a residence or a resort and almost never a storefront. The exceptions are the Echo Canyon and Cholla trailheads on Camelback Mountain, where a group walking down is collected at the kerb rather than in the lot.

What a booking costs in Paradise Valley
The fleet seats 6 to 56. Below are the Sprinters first, then the group end, each with the rate, the minimum, what that minimum comes to and the per-person figure the pricing page publishes for the same vehicle, on the same basis. The full grid is on the pricing page, and it is the same grid in Paradise Valley as everywhere else we serve.
An hourly charter carries a 4-hour minimum on every listed vehicle, and a 5-hour minimum on the 56-Passenger Motorcoach. A point-to-point transfer has no hourly minimum at all: it is flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off, and a longer transfer is priced from the drive with the empty return included, with the basis shown on the quote.
What you pay at checkout depends on the method you choose. Some methods take a 50% deposit and charge the balance to that same method no earlier than 48 hours before pickup; others settle in full at checkout and leave nothing due before the ride. Checkout says which applies to yours before you confirm.
Cancellation is decided by the date first. An ordinary date refunds in full 14 or more days ahead; a reservation of 20 or more passengers or 2 or more vehicles refunds in full 30 or more days ahead, with the deposit kept from there in to 14 days; and a major-event date overrides both — its deposit is not refundable and the balance returns only 60 or more days ahead.
Added at the end: 8% Arizona tax, and nothing else — no booking fee and no fuel fee. A promotion code is capped at 10%. Gratuity is optional and is never added for you. Taking the return leg together with the outbound takes 20% off the return leg. An added stop is $50 on a transfer or a round trip and is complimentary on an hourly charter.

Frequently asked questions
Do you handle gated estate pickups?
Yes. Gate codes, guard-house names and access instructions are stored with the reservation, so your chauffeur is cleared through without phoning the house on arrival.
Can one vehicle stay with us for a whole visit?
Yes. Vehicles are booked by the hour with a published minimum, so a family or a visiting group can hold the same vehicle and chauffeur across several days of dinners, resort transfers and the airport run home.
Which resorts and landmarks do you serve here?
The whole Camelback Mountain resort corridor, the Arcadia estates on the Phoenix border, and the Tatum corridor toward the Phoenix Mountains Preserve.
Is the price different in Paradise Valley?
No — one published grid covers every city we serve, so a vehicle costs what the grid says wherever it collects, and there is no zone, city or district surcharge. Distance is separate from the rate: a point-to-point transfer is flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off and is priced from the drive beyond that, with the empty return included.
Who offers private chauffeured Sprinters in Paradise Valley?
Scottsdale Sprinters. Its rate table, on this page, lists each Sprinter first, then the larger coaches.
Which Sprinter suits an estate pickup?
The Maybach Jet Sprinter (9 seats) for a quiet executive or proposal booking; the Executive Black Sprinter (14 seats) for a bigger family.
Can the chauffeur wait through dinner?
Yes. Book it as an hourly charter (4-hour minimum) and the Sprinter waits between stops.
What day trips leave from Paradise Valley?
Sedona and the Grand Canyon, as full-day charters. Weddings and resort evenings are booked the same way.
