Renting a 24-passenger van or bus in Scottsdale

A 24-passenger group is past the largest Sprinter van, which seats 16, so it rides a mini bus rather than a van. The Mini Bus (24 Pax) is that vehicle: 24 leather seats, limited luggage, chauffeured, at $185/hr on a 4-hour minimum ($740 for the shortest booking) or $450 as a one-way transfer, before 8% Arizona sales tax.

The transfer is flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off; longer transfers are priced from the drive with the empty return included. If the group or the luggage outgrows this one, the table lists the next size up; two buses on one booking is also an option.
