How do groups get to a Scottsdale or Phoenix event without driving or parking?

Book one chauffeured vehicle by the hour for the whole group: it collects everyone at the hotel or house, drops at the venue where event staff direct, waits, and brings everyone back, at $125 to $325 an hour with a 4-hour minimum (5 on the 56-Passenger Motorcoach). The fare belongs to the vehicle, not the head count, so a full cabin is the cheapest way to ride. At the 5-hour example the Luxury SUV (Suburban) is $625 for up to 6 riders and the 56-Passenger Motorcoach is $1,625 for up to 56, about $104 and $29 a seat when every seat is filled. The table below prices every vehicle the same way. A longer day costs less per hour: a booking of 7 hours or more does not bill one of its hours. Reserve 10 hours on the Executive Black Sprinter and you are billed for 9, $1,305 before tax, about $93 a seat with all 14 seats filled. Arizona sales tax of 8% is the only thing added to the quoted fare. There is no service charge, fuel surcharge or booking fee, and gratuity is your choice. Which Scottsdale event dates count as major-event dates?

The major-event dates in Scottsdale Sprinters’ cancellation policy are Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale, WM Phoenix Open, Cactus League spring training weekend, New Year's Eve, Prom weekend; they are priced from the same hourly table as every other date, and what changes is the cancellation window: 60 days, with a non-refundable deposit. Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale runs Saturday, January 23 through Sunday, January 31, 2027, at WestWorld of Scottsdale, 16601 North Pima Road. The invitation-only Opening Night Gala is Friday, January 22. The WM Phoenix Open is played in February in Scottsdale. Cactus League spring training fills late February and March; its Saturday and Sunday games are the major-event dates, while weekday games follow the standard or large-group terms, depending on the size of the group. New Year’s Eve is a major-event date every year, and so are prom weekends: the Fridays and Saturdays of April and May. How do you get to the WM Phoenix Open?

Take a chauffeured vehicle booked for the tournament day. The Executive Black Sprinter, 14 seats at $145/hr: 5 reserved hours bill 5, $725 before tax, about $52 a seat with all 14 seats filled; 10 reserved hours bill 9, $1,305. The WM Phoenix Open page (people still search for it as the Waste Management Open) carries the full rate table, the full-day arithmetic and the questions groups ask about clubs, bags and hospitality days. We are not the tournament. Tickets, credentials, hospitality and parking come from the tournament and its own sellers. Where a vehicle of your size may stop is set by the organizer and the grounds, and we agree the approach and the return point with you in writing.

How do you get to Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale?

Collector and hospitality groups usually ride in the Executive Black Sprinter or the Maybach Jet Sprinter. The Maybach Jet Sprinter, 9 seats at $295/hr: 5 reserved hours bill 5, $1,475 before tax, about $164 a seat with all 9 seats filled. Barrett-Jackson publishes complimentary public parking with shuttles to the main gate and paid valet. Rideshare drop-off and pickup use the lot west of Thompson Peak Parkway on McDowell Mountain Ranch Road. How do you get to spring training games?

A group of 28 fills the Party Bus (28 Pax), 28 seats at $250/hr: 5 reserved hours bill 5, $1,250 before tax, about $45 a seat with all 28 seats filled; a two-game day of 10 reserved hours bills 9, $2,250. Salt River Fields at Talking Stick sits at 7555 North Pima Road in Scottsdale. The venue’s own materials name the access road beside the grass-field lots, or the Centerfield Parking Lots, as the suggested pickup and drop-off areas; follow event-day signs and staff. Scottsdale Stadium is the other Scottsdale ballpark, and the rest of the league plays in Mesa, Tempe, Glendale, Goodyear, Phoenix, Peoria and Surprise. How do you get to a Cardinals game or the Fiesta Bowl at State Farm Stadium?

For a concert group, the Limo Party Sprinter (16 Pax), 16 seats at $175/hr: 5 reserved hours bill 5, $875 before tax, about $55 a seat with all 16 seats filled. Footprint Center now carries the name Mortgage Matchup Center, at 201 East Jefferson Street in downtown Phoenix. The arena publishes an accessible drop-off location but no permanent commercial group pickup gate, so the pickup point confirmed on the booking and the event’s live instructions control. How do you get to a Diamondbacks game at Chase Field?

A family or a small group of friends fits the Luxury SUV (Suburban), 6 seats at $125/hr: 5 reserved hours bill 5, $625 before tax, about $104 a seat with all 6 seats filled; a bigger group moves up the table.
