No drop-off zone for charter vehicles, limos or party buses is printed, so a chauffeured group is unloaded where stadium and traffic staff direct. With a chauffeur, the long drive and the parking question both go away: nobody drives the interstate home after the game, and nobody walks back to a garage.

Can you tailgate at the Territorial Cup in Tucson?

Tailgating on the University of Arizona mall needs a season or game-specific tailgate pass displayed on the vehicle, and Arizona Athletics lists the 2026 passes as sold out; groups without a pass can walk to the free Bear Down Bash on Bear Down Field, just north of the stadium, which opens three and a half hours before kickoff. The tailgating area opens six hours before kickoff, its entrance closes three hours before kickoff, all tailgating stops at kickoff, and the grounds are cleared within an hour after the game. Large parties must meet outside the area and arrive together to be parked together. Tailgating (beer and wine allowed) is also permitted in the 4052 surface lot, where a tailgate permit or a game-day fee is required to park; it is not allowed in any garage. The university’s alcohol rules on the tailgate grounds: bring your own beer and wine only, no hard alcohol, no kegs and no glass, only in the six hours before kickoff, and no alcohol inside the stadium. Those are the university’s rules for its grounds; we sell no alcohol. The Bear Down Bash is free for Wildcat fans, with live music, food trucks and a bar, and closes half an hour before kickoff. Arizona Athletics allows clear plastic or vinyl bags no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches, one-gallon clear freezer bags, and small clutch bags about the size of a hand, which are searched; backpacks, purses larger than a clutch, fanny packs, diaper bags and cooler bags are not allowed, and no food or drink containers go in but sealed plastic water bottles. Exceptions are made for medically necessary items after inspection. Prohibited bags may not be carried inside a clear bag to get in. There is no re-entry: once you leave the stadium, you need a new ticket to return. On a road trip with us, the bags, the cooler and the jackets stay in the vehicle until the ride home.
