A stadium or arena night has one hard part and it is not the event. It is the hour on either side: the approach, where to actually stop, and finding each other afterwards when twenty thousand people leave at once. A chauffeured vehicle books that whole window, so the group arrives together and leaves from a spot everyone agreed on in writing.
Plan group transportation to State Farm Stadium, Chase Field, Mortgage Matchup Center, Desert Diamond Arena, or another confirmed venue around its current drop-off rules and a scheduled return.
Example itinerary. Your confirmed schedule sets the stops and times.
We are a chauffeured transportation service. We are not affiliated with any team, venue, promoter or event organizer, and we do not sell, hold or deliver tickets, parking passes or admission of any kind. Bring your own tickets; we handle the driving, the drop and the pickup.
Where a vehicle of your size may stop, and how close that is to your gate, is set by the venue on the day and can change for a given event. We plan the approach and the pickup point with you when you book, and confirm the details close to the date rather than promising a spot months out.
One hourly charter covers the whole night: pickup at your address or a single staging point, the drop as close to your gate as the venue allows that day, the wait, and the ride home. Stops inside those hours cost nothing extra because the time is already reserved. Send the rider count, every pickup address in the order you want them run, and one on-site contact we can reach; the chauffeur then works from one written schedule.
Set the return point when you book, not at full time. A named meeting spot the whole group has already read beats a group chat in a car park with no signal, and it is what keeps a postgame pickup from turning into the longest part of the night.
Hourly rates for the vehicles on this page run $125 to $325, with a 4-hour minimum on every one of them except the 56-Passenger Motorcoach (5-hour minimum). Arizona sales tax of 8% is added at checkout and a 50% deposit holds the date. The fare belongs to the vehicle, so one more person in the same van does not change it.
Rates are per vehicle per hour and exclude tax and gratuity. A quote for your date, venue and group is confirmed in writing before anything is reserved.
Count everyone who has to ride together, then count what they are carrying. The Luxury SUV (Suburban) seats 6 and suits a couple or a small family. The 56-Passenger Motorcoach is the largest single vehicle we run — a bigger movement is two vehicles on one reservation, not one bigger bus.
Fit comes first, and then the kind of night decides the cabin. For a quieter transfer, a business group or a family, the Executive Black Sprinter, Executive White Sprinter, Mini Bus (24 Pax), Grech Executive Mini Coach (27 Pax) and Executive Mini Coach (29 Pax) seat 14–29 in proper executive seating. For a concert or a game a group wants to treat as a night out, ask for a party cabin: the Limo Party Sprinter (13 Pax), Ultra Luxury Party Sprinter, Limo Lounge Party Sprinter and Party Bus (28 Pax) seat 13–28. Neither is the default. Say which you want and the quote is written for that vehicle.
Passenger capacity is a seating limit, not cargo space. Camera bags, instrument cases, coolers, tailgate gear, signs and merchandise all take seats or luggage room, so list them when you ask for the quote and the fit is confirmed in writing rather than discovered at the curb.
Tell us about mobility and accessibility needs at the same time — a walker or wheelchair, a folding mobility scooter, someone who needs a low step or a seat near the door, or a rider who cannot manage a long walk from the drop point. Vehicles differ, and it changes which one fits, so it belongs in the request rather than at the curb.
Planning context only, from the official Arizona Cardinals schedule and the venue’s own site, State Farm Stadium. Verified 2026-09-15 and rechecked before each booked service date.
The season runs into January, so the last two home games fall in 2027. Kickoff times move, several windows are flexible scheduling, and Week 18 has no published date yet — it is listed as TBD because that is what the source says.
We are a transportation service with no team, venue or organizer affiliation. This list is neither a ticket offer nor a claim that a vehicle is available on any of these dates.
Event traffic does not build gradually; it arrives all at once, and the last two miles take longer than the first twenty. Tell us the time you want to be inside rather than the time you want to leave, and the schedule gets built backwards from that with a buffer in it.
If a group is arriving from more than one address, one staging point is faster than a stop list of houses. Every extra driveway is minutes, and on an event night those minutes come out of the buffer.
Rideshare surge and a full car park empty at the same moment. A reserved vehicle waiting at an agreed point is the whole reason to book one, so decide that point when you book and put one contact number on the reservation. The chauffeur calls that person, not each rider.
A group that wants to leave early and a group that wants to stay to the end are two different pickups. Say which you are when you book, and if you genuinely do not know, reserve the hours for the later one — unused time inside a reserved block is simpler than extending at the curb.
Some things are not ours to publish. Whether a vehicle of your size may use a particular entrance, how long a wait a specific event runs, where a coach may stand after a sold-out show, and what a venue will allow on the night are the venue’s calls and they change per event. The booking form does not model any of them.
So send those with the request instead of guessing from this page: use the contact form, call or text (623) 986-6339, or email reservations@scottsdalesprinters.com. Describe the access, wait or return-rendezvous question in your own words and the reservations team answers it in writing, with the vehicle, before anything is reserved.
Send the venue, the date, the rider count, what the group is carrying and any mobility needs, and we will confirm the vehicle and the price in writing before anything is reserved. Call or text (623) 986-6339, email reservations@scottsdalesprinters.com, or start online.
