Scottsdale Sprinters prices every vehicle by the hour, from $125 to $325, with its minimum shown up front. A 5-hour evening in the Executive Black Sprinter (seats 14) is $725 before tax — about $52 per person when the group splits it.

How much does a party bus or Sprinter cost in Scottsdale?

Every vehicle is booked by the hour, not by the mile. Published rates run from $125 to $325 an hour, and each one shows its minimum before you book. A 5-hour evening in the Executive Black Sprinter, which seats 14, comes to $725 before tax, about $52 a head once the group splits it.

What does it work out to per person?

Divide the fare by the seats. A 5-hour booking in the Executive Black Sprinter (14 seats) is about $52 a person; in the 56-Passenger Motorcoach it is about $29. You book the vehicle and never a seat, so the total never changes with headcount, and the fare is the same full or half empty.

How is the total calculated?

On a regular day your fare is the hourly rate times billable hours. Billable hours are the hours you book, less any free hours earned, never below the vehicle minimum of 4 to 5 hours. Tax of 8% is added at checkout, and the deposit depends on how you pay. There is no service fee, fuel surcharge or per-seat price.
