The hourly rate covers the chauffeur, the fuel, every stop on your itinerary and bottled water on board. The hourly rate is the whole vehicle’s. Tax of 8% is added at checkout, and gratuity is optional and never added for you. Nothing else sits on the base fare: no service charge, no booking fee, no fuel surcharge and no charge per mile.

How much is it to rent a limo for 2 hours?

An hourly limo has a 4-hour minimum on every limo, so a two-hour night out books the minimum: $600 before tax in the Chrysler Limo and $700 in the Limo Party Sprinter (12-13 Pax). If you only need to get somewhere, a one-way ride is priced as a trip instead, with no hourly minimum: the Chrysler Limo is $350 one way, flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off, and priced from the drive beyond that, with the empty return included. Pick the hourly booking when the limo should wait for you: dinner, then a show, then the ride home, with the stops inside the hours. Pick the one-way ride for a single drop, such as a dinner or the airport. A return leg booked with it comes off 20%, and the quote shows the price before you pay. On a one-way ride or a round trip, an added stop is $50; on an hourly booking every stop is already included, because you have bought the time.

Book 7 hours and one hour comes off automatically, so a 7-hour night bills 6 hours: $1,770 in the Pink Hummer Limo, the same fare as 6 hours. If the night might run long, booking the extra hour up front costs nothing more. In Old Town’s entertainment district, from 5 p.m. to 4 a.m. every night, hired vehicles load and unload only at the City’s marked Passenger Convenience Areas, so your chauffeur meets the group where the City allows it.

What changes the price of a limo?

Five things move a limo’s price: the vehicle, the hours (never below the minimum), whether it is hourly or one way, the optional add-ons you choose, and the gratuity you choose to add. Tax is a fixed 8%. The number of riders and the miles driven on an hourly booking do not change it. Longer bookings cost less per hour, because free hours come off from 7 hours. Add-ons, from a red carpet to a Just Married sign or a photographer, are optional and priced at checkout before you pay; nothing is added for you. A 50% deposit holds the date and the balance is charged 48 hours before pickup. House-rule fees apply only if a rule is broken, such as $1,500 for smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.

Can you drink in a limo in Arizona?

Passengers 21 and over may bring their own alcohol on a for-hire limo in Arizona and drink on board; we do not sell it, the chauffeur never drinks, and if anyone under 21 rides, no alcohol comes on that trip. Arizona’s open-container law, A.R.S. § 4-251, carries an exception for passengers in a limousine used for hire; A.R.S. § 4-244 keeps every under-21 rule in force.
