Prices start at $125 an hour for the Luxury SUV (Suburban), which seats 6, on a 4-hour minimum, so the shortest booking is $500 before 8% tax. Every vehicle is booked by the hour at its published rate and minimum, with no per-seat pricing.

What a prom night costs, before tax
Published hourly rates run $145 to $325 for the vehicles on this page. A 5-hour booking comes to $1,475 before tax in the Pink Hummer Limo (18 seats), $1,250 in the Party Bus (28 Pax) (28), $875 in the Limo Lounge Party Sprinter (16) and $725 in the Executive Black Sprinter (14). Arizona sales tax of 8% goes on at checkout. Nothing else joins the total: no service charge, no fuel surcharge, no booking fee, no per-mile charge.
All the vehicles listed here carry a 4-hour minimum except the 56-Passenger Motorcoach (5-hour minimum). That is the table a prom night is quoted from, on those same minimums: there is no second price list for a school dance. A long evening also bills for less than the clock suggests, because 7+ booked hours earn 1 free hour, 12+ earn 2, 15+ earn 3, taken off the billable total — 7 hours in the Pink Hummer Limo bill as 6 hours, or $1,770 before tax.
How a prom booking works here
It is a chauffeured hourly charter across the whole evening: collect the group — house by house, or from one address everyone meets at — take the photograph or dinner stop, drop at the doors in time for the start, and run the returns inside the reserved hours. Those stops are complimentary, because the hours are already bought. Send the passenger count, the addresses in the order you want them driven and a guardian cell number, and the chauffeur works one written schedule instead of a group chat.
Which vehicle for a prom group
Count everyone who has to travel together before you compare rates. The Pink Hummer Limo seats 18 and is the arrival the photographs are built around. A prom night, in the order it happens
Start times differ from school to school, so read what follows as an order rather than a clock. The sequence is the part that repeats: get everyone aboard without a scramble, leave room for photographs, arrive together, and get home on a plan the parents have already read.
House-by-house pickups, or one address the group meets at
Two ways to start the evening, and one of them costs time. A list of homes means the chauffeur works driveway by driveway, and every driveway is minutes, so the first pickup has to be earlier than anyone expects. One address where the group gathers buys those minutes back. Either is fine; what matters is that the addresses and their order are on the reservation, so the schedule is built from the real route.
Photographs or dinner before the doors open
Optional, and it sits inside the hours already reserved. A park, a desert backdrop, a family front garden, a restaurant: give us the address at booking so the chauffeur can plan where a vehicle that size might actually stop, rather than circling the block with the group aboard. Food and confetti stay outside the cabin (ride rules).
Arriving together
The reason to book one vehicle is that everybody steps out at the same moment at the same doors, instead of arriving in ones and twos out of four cars. The drop is timed to the start of the dance rather than to somewhere near it, and the pickup point for the end of the evening is written into the schedule before anyone leaves — so nobody is negotiating it by text message afterwards.
Returns inside the reserved hours
Inside the hours on the booking, students go back to the homes or the gathering address on the schedule. If the evening is going to run past the block you reserved, extend before the hours run out — same published hourly rate, subject to availability. An after-prom stop goes on the request the same way: timing, access at the address and the return plan are reviewed before the route is confirmed in writing.

One chauffeur, one schedule, one contact
The chauffeur assigned to the evening is background and MVR checked and drug screened; the cabin is detailed between every trip — not at the end of the day; and bottled water on every ride.
The house rules on board are the ones every other trip runs on; there is no relaxed edition for a school dance. If anyone travelling is under 21, the trip is alcohol-free for the whole group, adults included:
Put a guardian cell number on the reservation. One number gives the chauffeur a single point of contact for the evening — a pickup that moves, a dance that lets out early, a change to the return. Music and lighting are welcome. The same schedule works for homecoming transportation and for a quinceañera transportation day.
- No underage drinking. Anyone under 21 stays on soft drinks.
- No eating or food inside the vehicle. Drinks are fine; snacks wait for the next stop.
- No smoking or vaping of any kind. The smell does not leave, so this one carries a fee. $1,500.
- Keep the drinks in the cups. Minor spills are fine; a can or two on the floor counts as excessive and carries a cleaning fee. $450.
- If someone gets sick in the vehicle, we have to deep clean it, and that carries a cleaning fee. Pace yourselves. $450.
- No heels or shoes on the seats. They are leather and they remember.
- Take your trash with you at the end. Cans, cups, confetti, all of it.

What the deposit does: How the rest settles depends on how you pay: on a card, a 50% deposit holds the date and your written confirmation sets out the balance and its timing; paying in full at checkout leaves nothing else due before your ride; a payment link from the reservations desk opens that same checkout. Availability varies by date and by vehicle. Same-day bookings are welcome with no cutoff, subject to availability. Request a current quote for your date and we confirm in writing what is open.

Can one booking cover several home pickups, a photo stop and the dance?
Yes, and it is the ordinary shape of a prom booking. On an hourly charter those stops are complimentary, because the hours are already reserved. Send every address in the order you want it driven and the whole evening goes onto one written schedule, returns included.
Is alcohol allowed on a prom charter if anyone is under 21?
No. If even one passenger is under 21 the trip is alcohol-free for the whole group, adults included — that is a house rule, not a prom rule. Give reservations the passenger ages and the guardian contact when the schedule is arranged, and it is recorded before pickup. Bottled water on every ride. How do parents stay in the loop on prom night?
Put a guardian cell number on the reservation: that number is the chauffeur’s single point of contact if the timing moves. A parent can make and manage the booking themselves. The stop list, the drop and the return plan are confirmed in writing beforehand, which is the other half of the answer — most of what a parent wants to know is settled before anyone gets in.
Can we add an after-prom stop?
Add the stop and the guardian contact to the request. What holds a prom date, and what if the plan changes?
Payment at checkout holds it — what you pay today and what is left depends on how you pay, which is set out above. A date change is a different question — ask 72 or more hours ahead and we move the booking once, free, subject to availability, with the deposit carried over and the new date's rate applied.
