For a group, a Sprinter from Scottsdale Sprinters is often cheaper per person than a string of rideshare cars, and the maths is yours to check. The Executive Black Sprinter at its 4-hour minimum is $626 with 8% tax, about $45 a person with 14 riders; you rent the whole vehicle, so the total does not move with the headcount. We do not quote rideshare prices: open the app for your route and hour, add up the cars your group needs, and compare. Questions? Call (623) 986-6339 or email reservations@scottsdalesprinters.com.

For a group, often yes, and the arithmetic is yours to check. A Sprinter is one price for the whole vehicle: at the 4-hour minimum the Executive Black Sprinter is $626 with 8% tax, which is $45 a person with 14 riders. Open a rideshare app for your route and hour, multiply by the cars your group needs, and compare. We do not quote rideshare prices because they change by route, hour and demand. That is the point of the comparison: ours is fixed in advance and printed here, theirs is whatever the app shows when you ask. A group night rarely stops at one ride. Count every leg, including the ride home, before you compare.
Divide the vehicle’s total by the riders. At the published minimums the per-person figure runs from $45 with 14 riders in the Executive Black Sprinter to $135 with 4 riders in the Luxury SUV (Suburban), 8% tax included. 4 riders: Luxury SUV (Suburban), $540 for 4 hours, $135 each. 6 riders: Luxury SUV (Suburban), $540 for 4 hours, $90 each. 10 riders: Executive Black Sprinter, $626 for 4 hours, $63 each. 14 riders: Executive Black Sprinter, $626 for 4 hours, $45 each. 16 riders: Limo Party Sprinter (16 Pax), $756 for 4 hours, $47 each.

Check the app. A rideshare fare depends on the route, the time and how many drivers are nearby, and a group usually splits across several cars, each priced separately. When you compare, use the same pickup, the same drop-off and the same hour you plan to travel, and include the return trip. A fare seen at noon says little about a fare at midnight.
Everyone arrives together, in one vehicle, on one schedule: one pickup, one drop-off, one chauffeur who waits for you. No one waits on a separate car, and no one is left behind when a driver cancels. On an hourly booking every stop on your itinerary is inside the hourly rate, so dinner, a venue and a bar can share one ride. Riders 21 and over may bring their own drinks on board.
For one or two people on a short ride, rideshare is simpler: nothing to book and no minimum. A one-way private transfer here starts at $225 in the Luxury SUV (Suburban), flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off, and priced from the drive beyond that, with the empty return included and no hourly minimum, so compare that too. The switch point is the headcount. Once a group needs more than a car or two, a single vehicle usually costs less per person and is easier to coordinate.
Write down the plan first: every pickup, every drop-off and the ride home, with the hour of each. Then price the Sprinter as one booking for the whole night and the rideshare as the sum of every leg for every car. Use the table above for our side. The total is the vehicle’s at its minimum, so a larger group gets a lower share, and a group that fills the Limo Party Sprinter (16 Pax) (16 seats) pays the same total as one that half fills it. Then add what the numbers leave out: waiting for several cars to arrive, a driver cancelling at closing time, and whether the group wants to start the evening together. Those cost nothing on a quote and a lot on the night.
Riders 21 and over may bring their own alcohol and drink on board a for-hire vehicle in Arizona; nothing is sold on board and the chauffeur does not drink. No alcohol comes on a trip with anyone under 21. Arizona’s open-container law, A.R.S. § 4-251, carries an exception for passengers in a for-hire vehicle.
