How far apart do the shuttle loops run?

One round trip apart. A loop leaves the pickup full, drops at the venue and comes back empty for the next 29 guests on the Executive Mini Coach (29 Pax), so the gap between loops is the drive there and back. A room block a few streets from the venue turns a loop quickly; a desert venue from the same rooms does not, and there a second vehicle usually beats extra loops. What are the house rules on a wedding shuttle?

Three carry a fee: $1,500 for smoking or vaping on board, because the smell does not leave, $450 to deep-clean an excessive spill and $450 for a biohazard clean.
