Why Super Bowl Transportation Matters

State Farm Stadium in Glendale is a challenge on a normal Cardinals Sunday. On Super Bowl Sunday, multiply that by ten. The rideshare fare is whatever the app says when you request it, post-game waits stretch well past an hour, and the designated pickup zones sit a long walk from the gates. Parking lots fill before noon, and the walk from remote lots can top a mile in a crowd.

State Farm Stadium sits in Glendale's Westgate Entertainment District, roughly 20 miles from central Scottsdale and 15 miles from downtown Phoenix. On game day:

For groups of 15 to 28, the Party Bus (28 Pax) turns game day into one continuous event:

Pre-game: Climate-controlled tailgating with your own music

Cost per person: Known in writing before the day

A 10-hour Super Bowl Sunday on the Party Bus (28 Pax) bills 9 hours (one free) for $2,250 before tax, or $2,430 with tax. Split among 20 friends that is about $113 per person; fill all 28 seats and it drops to about $80 per person.

Executive Sprinter for Corporate Groups

The 14-seat Executive Sprinter is the corporate favorite. A 10-hour game day is $1,305 plus 8% tax, about $93 per person with 14 on board. Leather seating, phone charging and room to talk business on the way to Glendale.

Luxury SUV (Suburban) for Small Groups

For up to 6 guests, the Luxury SUV runs $125/hr with a 4-hour minimum. A 10-hour game day is $1,125 before tax ($1,215 with tax). Luggage and gear fit confirmed separately.

Saturday Night Events

Scottsdale hosts the most exclusive Super Bowl parties of the week: celebrity-hosted events in Old Town, player parties at the big nightclubs and corporate hospitality across the Valley. A 6-hour Saturday night on the Party Bus (28 Pax) is $1,500 before tax ($1,620 with tax), about $54 per person for a full load.

Drinking on Board

Yes, adults can drink on board. Arizona's open-container law, A.R.S. § 4-251, exempts passengers in a vehicle for hire such as a party bus or limousine. Sunday Tailgate Transfers

Many groups tailgate at a hotel or a private home before heading to the stadium. We handle pickup from any Valley location, cooler and gear transport, flexible timing and the return trip to the tailgate or hotel afterward.

Hotel Transportation

Every resort in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and North Phoenix is a single freeway run to State Farm Stadium: the 101 west, then Glendale Avenue or the 60.

Game-day traffic roughly doubles the run, which is why a dedicated chauffeur beats an unfamiliar rental.

Corporate Entertainment

Hosting clients or employees? A typical Super Bowl corporate day includes morning airport pickups (a one-way Executive Sprinter airport run is $295 before tax, flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off; longer transfers are priced from the drive with the empty return included), hotel transfers, stadium service with a dedicated pickup, a post-game hospitality transfer and late-night hotel returns. For larger groups we coordinate multiple vehicles with synchronized pickups and one point of contact.
