The Party Group (15 to 28 people)

The Party Bus (28 Pax) turns tournament day into a complete experience: pre-round energy with the onboard sound system, a group arrival, a place to regroup after the 16th hole and a safe ride into Old Town afterward. Perfect for bachelor and bachelorette groups, corporate outings and friend reunions.

The Corporate Group (up to 14)

The Executive Sprinter gives clients leather seating, quiet space for conversation and a professional arrival. An 8-hour tournament day bills 7 hours (one free) for $1,015 plus 8% tax. With 14 on board that is about $73 per person.

The Small Group (up to 6)

The Luxury SUV suits couples and small groups. An 8-hour tournament day is $875 before tax ($945 with tax). Luggage and gear fit confirmed separately.

Tournament Week Services

Daily Tournament Transportation

Morning drop (7:00 to 8:00 AM): Hotel or residence pickup, drop at the best gate for your tickets, chauffeur confirms return timing.

Evening pickup (5:00 to 7:00 PM): Text-based coordination and a head start on the traffic rush.

All-day service: Your chauffeur stays with the group so you can leave for lunch, come back, or roll straight into Old Town.

Multi-Day Bookings

Thursday through Sunday gives you full tournament coverage. Friday and Saturday are the peak atmosphere days. Each day is billed as its own hourly booking.

Beyond the Course

Old Town Scottsdale Nightlife

Tournament nights light up Old Town. The stops cluster on and around Scottsdale Road. Our nightlife service covers tournament pickup, dinner, bar hopping and a safe late-night return.

Drinking on Board

Adults can drink on board. Arizona's open-container law, A.R.S. § 4-251, exempts passengers in a vehicle for hire such as a party bus or limousine. It is BYOB, everyone drinking must be 21 or older, and the driver never drinks. If anyone on board is under 21, no alcohol at all. You can read the full explainer.

The popular post-golf tables sit a short run from the course along Scottsdale Road. Reserve your table when you set the itinerary; your chauffeur handles the timing.

That is 15 hours requested, which earns 3 free hours, so it bills 12 hours: $3,000 before tax, $3,240 with tax. Split 28 ways it is about $107 per person; 20 friends pay about $150 each for the whole day and night.

8:00 AM: Guest airport pickups
12:00 PM: Tournament arrival

Fourteen hours requested bills 12 hours: $1,740 plus 8% tax.

The Casual Friday (Luxury SUV)

What to Bring

Sunscreen and a hat, comfortable shoes, light layers for cool mornings, a phone charger and cash for vendors. We provide bottled water, charging cables, climate control and storage for anything you buy at the merchandise tent.

February in Scottsdale usually means cool mornings and warm afternoons. Rain is possible but rare. The vehicle is the perfect place to shed layers or warm up.
