Corporate Pricing

Rates are hourly. 7+ hours earns 1 free hour, 12+ hours earns 2, 15+ hours earns 3. 8% tax applies. Checkout shows exactly what is charged today and when any balance is due. Tip is optional — 10/15/20% presets at checkout, and we never add one for you.

Airport runs are one-way transfers that cover any Sky Harbor to Scottsdale run with time for baggage: $225 in the Luxury SUV, $295 in the Executive Sprinter. A transfer is flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off; longer transfers are priced from the drive with the empty return included.

Conference Transportation

The scenario: 200 attendees at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, airport arrivals spread across a day, an off-site dinner at Sassi.

The solution: a small fleet with one coordinator.

• Arrivals: three Executive Sprinters running continuous PHX-to-Princess loops from 10 AM to 6 PM. Eight hours each bills 7, so $1,015 per vehicle and $3,045 for the three.
• Off-site dinner: three Executive Mini Coaches departing the Princess at 6:00 PM, two loops each, returning at 10:00 PM. Five hours each is $1,125 per bus, $3,375 for the three.
• Departures: scheduled by flight over two days.

Coordinator role: a single point of contact, real-time manifest updates, on-site at departure points, problems solved before you hear about them.

Availability varies by date and by vehicle. Request a current quote for your date and we will confirm what is open. Send the schedule — dates, times, pickup points and the headcount for each run — and we will confirm which vehicles are open and quote them. Paid online checkout closes 24 hours before pickup; inside that window, call our reservations team.
