Corporate Event
Scottsdale Sprinters coordinates executive arrivals, conference movements, client dinners, and team events around one documented schedule. This experience page is the corporate program card — professional chauffeurs, vehicle matched from luxury SUV through Sprinter, mini bus, party bus, and 56-seat motorcoach, with multiples when headcount requires arithmetic. Rates, seat tables, and deep FAQs live on the corporate transportation Scottsdale service page. Confirm totals in live checkout. For car-service education, see the corporate car service guide.
Prices start at $145 an hour for the Executive Black Sprinter, which seats 14, on a 4-hour minimum, so the shortest booking is $580 before 8% tax. Every vehicle is booked by the hour at its published rate and minimum, with no per-seat pricing.

What this experience covers
Four movement types show up most often: airport arrivals and departures, executive day programs, conference and event shuttles, and multi-day programs. Vehicles are chauffeured. Share dates, passenger counts by movement, airport flights if any, venue addresses, on-site contact, and billing requirements when you request service. Accepted vehicle assignments and coordination scope are stated in writing after availability is reviewed. This page does not republish hourly floors — see the corporate service page and checkout.
Example itinerary

- Airport pickups for executives — flight details and meeting procedure in the request.
- Hotel to venue transfers.
- Multi-stop coordination when the agenda needs it.
- Dinner transportation for client entertainment.
- Return transfers to hotel or airport.
Executive day programs and roadshows
Executive day programs often mix airport arrival, hotel check-in, venue meetings, and a client dinner on one schedule. Roadshow-style days with multiple addresses work the same way: list every stop and passenger count by movement so reservations can assign the right cabin (quiet executive Sprinter vs larger shuttle) and confirm the window in writing. Pair golf-oriented client entertainment with the golf outing experience and the golf service page.
Status updates and on-site contacts
Programs run cleaner when one on-site contact is named in the reservation and the confirmation states how status updates are handled for that booking. Missed-flight risk is reduced when flight numbers are on the request and meet-and-greet, when included, is spelled out in writing: terminal meeting point, wait-time allowance, and contact procedure.
From four executives to 1,000–2,000 guests
The biggest single vehicle we run is the 56-Passenger Motorcoach — 56 seats, one chauffeur, one door. Below it sit party buses, mini buses, Executive Sprinters and a luxury Suburban, so a four-person board run and a 56-seat shuttle are the same booking with a different vehicle on it.
Above 56 the answer is arithmetic, not a different company: we book the fleet in multiples and coordinate it. On that footing a corporate or event program runs to 1,000–2,000 guests — conference shuttles, incentive trips, multi-day event transport — on one reservation, one schedule and one contact at the desk who owns it.
Give us a headcount and a schedule and we will tell you how many vehicles it takes, in writing, before anything is charged. Compare Premium SUV, Executive Sprinter, and the motorcoach on the fleet for cabin style; lock seats and live rates on the corporate service page.
Airport meet and greet
When meet-and-greet is included, the written confirmation states the terminal meeting point, wait-time allowance, and contact procedure. See the Phoenix airport Sprinter service for transfer product detail.
