How it works on the day
Good to know. Bottled water is on board and it is the only complimentary amenity; everything else is an add-on you choose at checkout.
Where we meet you: Put a street address on the reservation rather than a landmark, and give us the mobile number of whoever is actually meeting the vehicle — on a wedding day that is the planner or a groomsman, not the couple. Your chauffeur photographs the interior before every trip for our records.
Luggage: Luggage loads into the rear compartment on this Sprinter, so a full cabin and a full load of bags can travel together. Garment bags, gift boxes and florals are worth naming on the reservation so we confirm the fit in writing before the day. The Executive White Sprinter is rated for up to 40 bags.
What we can and cannot do: Hourly charters on this vehicle start at four hours. Airport and point-to-point transfers are priced as a flat trip instead, with no hourly minimum, and each extra stop on a transfer is $50. Anything the online quote cannot price — an unusual route, a multi-vehicle movement, a vehicle we hold for request only — goes to the reservations desk and comes back as a written quote before any card is charged.
What it costs: 4 hours in the Executive White Sprinter (seats 14): 4 × $145 = $580. Add 8% Arizona tax; there is no booking fee and no fuel fee. 50% holds the date and the balance is charged 48 hours before pickup.
