What the show is
The Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show is one of the largest Arabian horse shows in the world and the anchor of the breed's winter calendar. Classes run across the Equidome and the outdoor arenas, and the Polo Field side of the property hosts the shopping expo, sponsor hospitality and vendor rows. Some classes start as early as 7:30 in the morning and evening sessions run late, so a show day for a barn is long and the schedule shifts as the week goes on.
It is also a multi-day event in the truest sense. Exhibitors check in the weekend before the first class, compete through both weekends, and often stay for the finals on the closing Saturday. A single-night limo booking does not fit this rhythm. Daily shuttle blocks do.
Getting to WestWorld
WestWorld sits on the east side of Loop 101 in North Scottsdale. The usual approaches are the Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard or Bell Road exits off the 101, then north on Pima Road to the entrance. On peak days, especially the two Saturdays and any evening with a headline class, traffic backs up on Pima and at the entrance gates in the same way it does for Barrett-Jackson, which uses the same grounds a few weeks earlier.
What helps:
- Use the designated passenger drop. WestWorld directs shuttles and hired vehicles to a passenger drop-off area separate from the general parking lots. Your chauffeur knows where it is and can be at the curb when the class lets out.
- Arrive before the crowd. Groups riding in before 8 AM or between the morning and afternoon sessions clear the gate in minutes. Groups arriving at 10 AM on a Saturday do not.
- Stagger the exit. After an evening session, thousands of people leave at once. A shuttle waiting nearby with the group's return time already set beats a rideshare that cannot find you.
- Text, do not call. During the show we run a live text line with every chauffeur, so a class running long means one message, not a missed pickup.
Who books group transportation for the show
Different groups need different vehicles. Here is how our clients usually match them up.
Barns and show teams. A trainer with a dozen grooms, riders and family members going back and forth between the barns and a resort books the Mini Bus (24 Pax). It seats 24 in forward-facing seats, loads fast and handles the multi-stop mornings well. Minimal luggage.
Owners and VIPs. An owner couple or a small syndicate group rides in the Luxury SUV, six seats, quiet cabin, the right vehicle for arriving at a hospitality tent or a farm party after the show. Luggage and gear fit confirmed separately.
Sponsor groups and buyers. Sponsors entertaining clients over a show day book the Maybach Jet Sprinter for 9 guests. It is the vehicle for a group that wants to talk business on the way in and celebrate on the way out.
Hospitality tents and corporate guests. When a sponsor hosts 25 to 29 guests at a tent for the day, the Executive Mini Coach moves everyone from one North Scottsdale resort in a single trip. Luggage and gear fit confirmed separately.
Trainers, judges, staff and press. For groups of 10 to 14 on a tighter budget, the Executive Sprinter is the workhorse: leather captain's chairs, USB power and a 4-hour minimum that suits a simple morning run and evening return.

Hotel clusters and drive times
Most show guests stay in one of three areas. Allow extra room in the schedule for show-day gate traffic.
- North Scottsdale resorts along the 101 corridor near Princess Drive and Bell Road: the closest base for barns and daily shuttles.
- Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter, reached by Greenway-Hayden Loop or the 101: popular with sponsors and shoppers.
- Old Town Scottsdale, north on Scottsdale Road or the 101: best nightlife and dining, but the longest morning run.
- Phoenix Sky Harbor, for arrival and departure transfers.
Multi-day shuttle packages: how the pricing works
We do not sell flat event packages. Every day is an hourly block for the vehicle you choose, and long days earn free hours. A 6-hour show day bills 6 hours. An 8-hour day bills 7. A 12-hour day bills 10. Book the same vehicle for consecutive days and we hold it for your group all week.

Rates are hourly. 7+ hours earns 1 free hour, 12+ hours earns 2, 15+ hours earns 3. 8% tax applies. Checkout shows exactly what is charged today and when any balance is due. Tip is optional — 10/15/20% presets at checkout, and we never add one for you.
Example 1: barn shuttle, 8-hour day. A training barn books the Mini Bus (24 Pax) from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM for resort-to-barn runs. Eight requested hours earn one free hour, so the day bills 7 hours at $185, or $1,295. With tax it is $1,399. Spread across 24 riders, that is about $54 per person for the day. Three identical days come to $3,885 before tax.
Example 2: hospitality tent, 6-hour day. A sponsor brings 29 guests from a Kierland hotel to its tent at 10 AM and back at 4 PM, with the Executive Mini Coach on standby in between. Six hours at $225 is $1,350, or $1,458 with tax. That is about $47 per guest.
For an owner couple in the Luxury SUV, a 6-hour day is $750, and the 4-hour minimum makes a quick evening dinner run easy to add.
Cancellation for multi-vehicle bookings

Planning steps
- Hold the vehicles: send us the show dates and we will confirm what is open for that week. The WM Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale next door often falls in the same stretch of February, so plan the North Scottsdale runs around both events.
- Build the manifest: send us the hotel list and a draft daily schedule. We build the manifest and assign a lead chauffeur.
- Confirm headcounts: Cancellation terms depend on your date and booking; read the cancellation policy before you book.
- Show week: your chauffeur texts each morning with the pickup point and plate number. Classes running long are one message away from a new pickup time.
