Our airport transportation handles holiday arrivals with one vehicle and one driver:

2:45 PM: Terminal 4, grandparents from Chicago
3:30 PM: Terminal 3, sister's family from Seattle
4:15 PM: Terminal 4, uncle's family from Boston
5:00 PM: Everyone delivered to the host home

That multi-terminal pickup in the Executive Sprinter books as a 4-hour block: $580 before tax, $626 with tax. A simple airport run is a one-way transfer, flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off; longer transfers are priced from the drive with the empty return included: $295 in the Executive Sprinter or $225 in the Luxury SUV, before tax.

Thanksgiving Day Shuttle

Getting everyone to one house and home again:

9:00 AM: First pickup (Phoenix family)
9:30 AM: Second pickup (Scottsdale grandparents)
10:00 AM: Third pickup (Tempe relatives)
