Transportation by Spring Break Type

The College Crew

Reality: Big groups, multiple stops a day, a nightlife-heavy schedule, tight budgets and real safety concerns.

Our solution: The Party Bus (28 Pax) for 15 to 28 friends is one cost split many ways, a pre-party on wheels, venue-to-venue service and safe late-night returns. A 6-hour nightlife tour is $1,500 before tax ($1,620 with tax): $75 per person with 20 aboard, about $54 with all 28. For 10 to 14, the Executive Sprinter does the same 6 hours for $870 before tax ($940 with tax), $87 per person with 10 aboard or about $62 with 14.

The Family Vacation

Reality: Several generations, kid-friendly timing, lots of day trips, early nights and car seats.

Our solution: The Luxury SUV for families of up to 6 handles car seats, all ages and day trips. An 8-hour day bills 7 hours for $875 before tax, $945 with tax. Luggage and gear fit confirmed separately. Extended families take the Executive Sprinter: multiple car seats, comfortable grandparents, room for gear.

The Bachelor or Bachelorette Party

Reality: Celebration first, multiple venues a night, pool parties into nightclubs, surprises and photos.

Our solution: The Party Bus (28 Pax) is the spring break celebration vehicle. An all-day-into-night 10-hour booking bills 9 hours for $2,250 before tax, $2,430 with tax. Twenty guests pay about $113 each; 25 pay $90 each. For a crowd larger than 28, the 56-Passenger Motorcoach runs $325/hr on a 5-hour minimum; 6 hours is $1,950 before tax, about $35 per person with 56 aboard.

The Couple's Escape

Reality: Romance, upscale preferences, flexible days, dinners out.

Our solution: The Luxury SUV, airport to resort ($225 one-way, before tax), dinner transfers and day trips in comfort. A transfer is flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off; longer transfers are priced from the drive with the empty return included.

Drinking on Board

For the adults: yes, you can drink on board. Arizona's open-container law, A.R.S. § 4-251, exempts passengers in a vehicle for hire such as a party bus or limousine. It is BYOB, everyone drinking must be 21 or older, and the driver never drinks. This matters for college groups: if anyone on board is under 21, there is no alcohol on the vehicle at all. Pool Party Transportation

Nightlife Tours
