What's Allowed on Scottsdale Party Buses?
Drinking on board
Passengers 21 and over may bring their own alcohol and drink on board. It is BYOB, and Scottsdale Sprinters does not sell alcohol. There is no underage drinking, the chauffeur never drinks, and if anyone under 21 is on board, no alcohol comes on that trip. Illegal substances remain prohibited.
Arizona's open-container law, A.R.S. § 4-251, exempts passengers in a bus, limousine, taxi, or qualifying transportation-network-company vehicle while it is providing transportation for compensation. Review the ride rules and the Arizona alcohol guide for the details.
