Where do you park for the WM Phoenix Open 2027, and is it free?

The 2027 parking plan and any parking price are announced closer to the date. In 2026, general parking used remote WestWorld Lots A, B and C, plus a Salt River Fields lot with a free shuttle; ADA parking is Lot 2, at Hayden and Bell. With a chauffeured ride, nobody in the group drives or parks. Last year’s plan, labelled as last year’s: in 2026 the remote general-parking lots were WestWorld Lots A, B and C, open Monday through Sunday and reached from the WestWorld area near Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, Thompson Peak Parkway, Pima Road and Bell Road. The 2026 Salt River Fields lot ran Wednesday through Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., about 7.6 miles south of TPC Scottsdale, with a free shuttle to the tournament. The tournament’s parking answers still link that 2026 map. Also from 2026: general-parking guests were told not to leave Loop 101 at Hayden Road or Scottsdale Road, which were kept for ADA access and credentialed passes because of restrictions on 78th Street and Mayo Boulevard, and to use the Princess Boulevard or Bell Road exits instead. Treat that as last year’s routing until the tournament publishes the 2027 version. Confirmed now: some areas and parking lots are reserved for specific pass types, including event staff, vendors, volunteers, media, charter buses and internal operations, and guests may enter only the areas their pass allows. The ADA lot is Lot 2, at the corner of Hayden and Bell Roads, with a valid handicap placard displayed. The tournament also says parking operations, routes and lot availability may change as the event approaches. The chauffeured alternative: we pick the group up at the hotel or home and unload where traffic staff direct. Nobody hunts for a lot, waits for a remote-lot shuttle or drives home after the 16th hole. Whether a booked Sprinter or coach needs a pass for any lot is not published, so the reservations team confirms the current instruction before the day rather than promising a lot.

Where do rideshares and drop-offs go at the Phoenix Open?

In 2026, rideshare vehicles, taxis and all passenger drop-off and pick-up used Lot R, entered from Pima Road, instead of the public lots; the 2027 plan is announced closer to the date. At the Birds Nest, rideshares use Hartford Drive, south of Princess. A chauffeured vehicle unloads where traffic staff direct. No official page gives a limo, a party bus or a charter a gate or drop-off privilege. The only published line about charters is that some lots are reserved for pass types, charter buses among them, and the tournament has not published how an operator gets that pass. So this page promises no gate, lot or curb: the chauffeur follows traffic staff, and the reservations team passes on any 2027 instruction the tournament publishes. The entrances are the Main Entrance at Bell, the Hayden Entrance and the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Golf Entrance. Monday and Tuesday are Ford Free Days with free general admission, and the 4 rounds run Thursday, February 11 to Sunday, February 14: play begins at 7:30 a.m. Thursday and Friday and 9:00 a.m. on the weekend. The 2027 lineup so far: Riley Green with Ashley Cooke on Wednesday, Jason Aldean with Josh Ross on Thursday, and Snoop Dogg with T-Pain on Friday. Saturday’s act is to be announced. Valid government-issued ID is required at the gate, and Will Call is at the Birds Nest front gate on 82nd Street and Bell Road, opening at noon Wednesday through Saturday. The gate time is announced closer to the date: the organizer’s own pages do not yet agree on it. Birds Nest parking hours are also listed as to be determined. After the concert, the organizer’s shuttles take guests to the WestWorld of Scottsdale parking used for the tournament. What can you bring into the Phoenix Open, and what should the day plan include?

The gate allows no opaque bag larger than 6 by 6 by 6 inches and no clear bag larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches, and admission is a digital AXS ticket. Write the day plan in 5 lines: ready time, entrance, meeting point, one transportation lead and the ride home. General admission for the tournament and for the Birds Nest is a digital AXS Mobile ID ticket; guests without a smartphone can visit Guest Services. Guests 15 and younger get in free, and on the Ford Free Days, Monday, February 8 and Tuesday, February 9, no ticket is needed. For 14 Phoenix Open riders sharing the Executive Black Sprinter for 6 billed hours, the published $145-per-hour rate comes to about $62 per person before tax for the whole shared ride; the price changes with the vehicle, the hours, the day and the confirmed plan. That example is arithmetic, not a flat tournament fare: the hourly rate times the billed hours, divided by the riders. If only ten people ride, divide by ten. A day that waits through the round and dinner after needs more hours than a drop-off and a set pickup, so describe the real pattern and let the quote price it.
