How do you get from Phoenix to Prescott without driving?

Book a private chauffeured transfer: one vehicle for your group only, door to door from any Phoenix or Scottsdale address, Sky Harbor included, to your address in Prescott, with no shared stops and no timetable. In the Luxury SUV (Suburban), for up to 6 with 10 bags, if checkout measures the drive at 2 hours each way, one way is $600 before 8% tax. This is not a shared shuttle. A shared van sells seats on its own schedule; a private transfer leaves when you choose, from where you are, and goes where you are staying. The whole vehicle is yours, so the price does not change with the headcount. People book the run for a wedding or a reunion in the pines, a weekend on the downtown square, a college visit, or the ride home to Sky Harbor. Every figure on this page comes from the same rate grid and pricing engine as checkout.

How much is a private shuttle from Phoenix to Prescott?

It is priced from the drive, per vehicle, not per seat. If checkout measures the drive at 2 hours each way, one way before tax is $600 in the Luxury SUV (Suburban), $730 in the Executive Black Sprinter and $1,225 in the Executive Mini Coach (29 Pax); both ways booked together is $1,080, $1,314 and $2,205. A transfer is flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off, and priced from the drive beyond that, with the empty return included. Prescott is beyond it, so each vehicle's published transfer basis covers the first 60 minutes of vehicle time, out and empty back, and the rest of the drive is added by the half hour at the vehicle's hourly rate: $125 an hour in the Luxury SUV (Suburban), $145 in an Executive Sprinter. There is no hourly minimum on a transfer. The drive in these examples is a round figure inside the measured range. Checkout measures your own two addresses when you enter them and shows the exact total before you pay; a longer measured drive adds half hours, a shorter one removes them. Every trip on this page starts or ends in the Valley, and the ride back is priced the same way, from the measured drive. A Prescott pickup is confirmed in writing before you pay, with the address and the time. If you book the ride out and the ride back together, the return comes off 20%.

Where does the chauffeur drop off in downtown Prescott?

At the address you give, door to door. Downtown Prescott parking is managed by the City, which is exactly the part a chauffeur takes off your hands: the drop is at the door and the collection is at the same place. For a wedding or a weekend with several stops, book the day by the hour instead and keep the vehicle with you.

Which vehicle should we book?

Pick by the group and the bags: the Luxury SUV (Suburban) seats 6 with room for 10 bags; an Executive Sprinter, black or white, seats 14 with room for 40; the Maybach Jet Sprinter seats 9 with room for 4 checked bags; the Executive Mini Coach (29 Pax) seats 29 with room for 30; the 56-Passenger Motorcoach seats 56 with room for 125. For two to four travellers with suitcases the Luxury SUV (Suburban) is the lowest total here, $600 one way at a 2 hours drive. A family or a team with golf bags or ski gear fits an Executive Sprinter. The Maybach Jet Sprinter is the most luxurious ride in the fleet, for a small group that wants massage seats and a table for the drive. A wedding party or a company offsite rides a coach.

One way, both ways, or a day trip?

One way is a transfer; there and back on different days is two transfers booked together; there and back the same day, with the vehicle waiting while you are in Prescott, is an hourly day. 8 hours in an Executive Sprinter is $1,015 before tax and $875 in the Luxury SUV (Suburban). Long days cost less per hour: book 7 hours or more and free hours come off at checkout automatically, so 8 hours bills 7. On an hourly day the stops are yours and the miles are not counted. The reservations desk confirms in writing which shape fits your day before you pay.

What is included, and what is added?

The chauffeur, the fuel and bottled water are in the price. Arizona sales tax of 8% is added at checkout, and gratuity is optional and never added for you. There is no booking fee and no fuel surcharge. On a transfer each added stop on the way is $50; a stretch stop you ask for is simply a stop. A 50% deposit holds the date and the balance is charged 48 hours before pickup. Passengers 21 and over may bring their own drinks on a for-hire vehicle in Arizona; the chauffeur never drinks, and if anyone under 21 rides, no alcohol comes on the trip. There is no smoking or vaping inside any vehicle.
