Three things, and none of them is the vehicle's seat count moving. On the rest — the Limo Party Sprinter (12-13 Pax), the Pink Hummer Limo and the Mini Bus (24 Pax) — no verified bag count exists, so the fit is confirmed in writing with the reservations team instead of guessed at here. The second is availability: whether a second vehicle of the same model is free on your date is confirmed in writing, never assumed. The third is the minimum. Booking fewer hours than a vehicle's minimum does not lower the total — 56-Passenger Motorcoach bookings bill at least 5 hours, everything else at least 4 — so a short trip for a big group is priced by the floor.
