Keep her court together from the salon to the church, through formal photos, and into the reception entrance — one chauffeured vehicle, one written schedule, published hourly rates.
Keep her court together from the salon to the church, through formal photos, and into the reception entrance — one chauffeured vehicle, one written schedule, published hourly rates. Scottsdale Sprinters runs luxury Sprinters, limos, the Pink Hummer, and party buses across Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the East Valley. You book by the hour ($125–$325), stops on an hourly charter are included, and a guardian contact keeps the day on time.
Example itinerary. Your confirmed schedule sets the stops and times.
Most families book a chauffeured hourly charter that follows the celebration: pickup at home or the salon, arrival at the church or Mass, a formal photo stop, then a reception entrance with the quinceañera and her court together. With Scottsdale Sprinters, stops are complimentary on an hourly charter because you have already reserved the time. Share passenger count, addresses, and a guardian contact when you book so the chauffeur runs one written schedule for the day.
Scottsdale Sprinters publishes hourly rates from $145 to $325 for the vehicles on this page, with a 4-hour minimum on every one of them except the 56-Passenger Motorcoach (5 hours). A 5-hour evening in the Pink Hummer Limo (18) is $1,475 before tax; in the Party Bus (28 Pax) it is $1,250 before tax; in the Limo Lounge Party Sprinter it is $875 before tax. Arizona sales tax of 8% is added at checkout, and a 50% deposit holds the date. You book the whole vehicle — the fare does not change with headcount.
Match the vehicle to everyone who must ride together — then start at the top. The Pink Hummer Limo seats 18 and leads this list: it is the statement entrance, and the one families picture first. The party cabins come next — the Party Bus (28 Pax), Limo Lounge Party Sprinter, Limo Party Sprinter (13 Pax) and Ultra Luxury Party Sprinter (13–28 seats). When parents, padrinos and guests ride too, the shuttles and coaches seat 14–56: the Executive Black Sprinter, Executive White Sprinter, Mini Bus (24 Pax), Grech Executive Mini Coach (27 Pax), Executive Mini Coach (29 Pax) and 56-Passenger Motorcoach. That second vehicle keeps the family on the same schedule when the court fills the one she rides in.
Every quince day is different, but the rhythm is usually the same: get her and the court loaded without crushing the gown, arrive at Mass on time, leave room for photos, and pull up to the reception as one group. We put that into one written schedule with a designated guardian contact — the same operational approach we use for prom night. The times below are an example, not a fixed itinerary.
Start with a buffer. Gowns, heels, and a full court take longer to load than a dinner party. Your chauffeur assists with boarding, confirms the day’s stop list, and keeps the cabin cool and ready. Soft drinks for guests under 21; music and lights are welcome once everyone is settled.
We time the drop for the ceremony start — not “sometime around then.” The vehicle waits or holds per the hours you booked. If padrinos or parents need a separate arrival window, that is a good reason to add a second vehicle rather than splitting the court across rideshares.
Park, resort, Old Town, or a desert backdrop — photo stops fit inside an hourly charter because you have already bought the time. Tell us the spot when you book so the chauffeur can stage curb access and keep the schedule honest. Confetti and food stay outside the cabin (ride rules).
The court arrives together. That curb moment is half the point of a dedicated vehicle: doors open, lights on, everyone in frame. We coordinate the pull-up with your planner or DJ contact if you share one.
Within the reserved hours, we return the birthday girl and court to homes or hotels on the schedule. If the reception runs long, extend before the clock runs out — same published hourly rate, subject to availability.
Example 5-hour block (illustrative only — not a published schedule): 2:30 p.m. salon pickup → 3:30 p.m. church → 5:00 p.m. photo stop → 6:30 p.m. reception entrance → returns as booked. Swap times for your Mass and venue; the structure holds.
The tables below show seat counts, our published hourly rates and each vehicle’s minimum — the same ones on our live pricing page. All the vehicles listed here carry a 4-hour minimum except the 56-Passenger Motorcoach (5-hour minimum). Browse the full fleet.
They are grouped by the part each plays in the day: the statement entrance first, then the party buses and limo Sprinters built for the court, then the shuttles and coaches that carry the family. Check the seat count beside each vehicle against the number of people riding together.
The arrival the photos are built around. Use it as the primary court vehicle, or as the entrance car while a party bus or Sprinter carries the rest of the group.
The cabins built for the court: lounge seating, sound and lights, room for damas and chambelanes. Not sure limo vs Sprinter vs party bus? See our comparison guide.
Shuttles and coaches for the family: parents, padrinos and the hotel↔reception waves ride in one alongside the vehicle she rides in, and the 56-Passenger Motorcoach seats the most of any of them. A cabin here can also carry a larger court when the headcount calls for it. Same idea as wedding transportation guest shuttles — keep the court together and the family on time.
We do not hide the math. Fare = hourly rate × billable hours. No per-mile charge, no service fee, no fuel surcharge. Full rate table →
The per-person column is an illustrative split of the pre-tax fare across every seat — you book the vehicle, never a seat. Peak weekends (spring and fall quince season, prom, major Valley events) sell out availability first, so book early. Details on deposits and cancellations: policies and FAQ.
Every trip runs with a licensed, insured chauffeur, and every vehicle is detailed between every trip — not at the end of the day. That matters when the cabin has to look right for photos and the reception entrance.
On board, the house rules are short and firm:
Playlist and lights are welcome. A chaperone or guardian cell on the reservation is recommended so the chauffeur has one point of contact if timing shifts — same practice as our prom night experience. Adult guests on a separate vehicle who want the legal landscape can read our Arizona party bus alcohol guide; we keep this page focused on a teen celebration done right.
How far ahead: Weddings, large groups and event dates: book 4 to 8 weeks ahead. Everything else: 48 hours is plenty; same-day when we have the vehicle. Weekend quince dates in spring and fall move first; once you have the date and approximate headcount, hold the vehicle.
Have ready when you call or book: celebration date, passenger count (court + who rides with her), church address, photo stop(s), reception address, preferred pickup time, and a guardian cell number.
Live availability and checkout are on the pricing page. Questions before you commit: contact or the FAQ.
Choose the vehicle that fits her court, check live availability, and hold the date with a 50% deposit — or talk it through with reservations first.

Yes. On an hourly charter, stops are complimentary because you have already reserved the time. Share the full stop list when you book so one written schedule covers the day.
Cabin features vary by vehicle. Party Sprinters and the party bus are built for playlist and lights; executive Sprinters are quieter. Check the individual fleet page for the vehicle you want, or ask reservations.
Ask before you pay. Decorations and vehicle-specific requests are confirmed in writing. Confetti and food stay outside the cabin per ride rules. Bottled water is complimentary on every ride; other add-ons are quoted at checkout.
If the court fills the primary vehicle, yes — a second Sprinter, a mini bus, or the 56-Passenger Motorcoach keeps family on the same timeline without splitting the birthday girl’s entrance. Many families treat it like wedding guest transport.
A 50% deposit holds the date; the balance is charged to your saved card 48 hours before pickup, due before your ride. Cancel 14 or more days before pickup for a full refund on standard bookings; between 72 hours and 14 days we keep the deposit; inside 72 hours the reservation is non-refundable. Large groups and multi-vehicle bookings (20+ passengers or 2 or more vehicles) use a longer window — full refund 30+ days out. See policies for the complete terms, including major-event dates.

Same chauffeured fleet and hourly pricing. Quince days usually need more stops (church + photos + reception) and a clearer under-21 rules conversation with parents. Related: prom night, birthday celebration, birthday party Sprinter.
