A homecoming booking is a chauffeured hourly charter that covers the whole evening: pickups at each house (or one staging address the group meets at), an optional dinner or photo stop, the drop at the dance, and returns inside the hours you reserved. Stops on an hourly charter are complimentary — you already bought the time. Send the passenger count, every pickup address in the order you want them run, and a guardian cell when you book; the chauffeur then works one written schedule instead of a group chat.
We publish hourly rates from $145 to $325 for the vehicles on this page, with a 4-hour minimum on every vehicle listed here except the 56-Passenger Motorcoach (5 hours). A 5-hour homecoming night in the Pink Hummer Limo (18) is $1,475 before tax; the Party Bus (28 Pax) is $1,250; the Limo Lounge Party Sprinter is $875. Arizona sales tax of 8% is added at checkout, and a 50% deposit holds the date. The fare belongs to the vehicle, so one more friend joining does not change it.
Count everyone who has to ride together before you look at rates. The Pink Hummer Limo seats 18 and is the arrival the curb photos are built around. The party cabins bring lounge seating, sound and lights: the Party Bus (28 Pax), Limo Lounge Party Sprinter, Limo Party Sprinter (13 Pax) and Ultra Luxury Party Sprinter (13–28 seats). If parents want their own arrival, or the group is bigger than one cabin, the shuttles and coaches seat 14–56: the Executive Black Sprinter, Executive White Sprinter, Mini Bus (24 Pax), Grech Executive Mini Coach (27 Pax), Executive Mini Coach (29 Pax) and 56-Passenger Motorcoach. If the group does not fit one cabin, a second vehicle can be quoted on the same written itinerary — send the full headcount and the stop list with your request so the schedule is built from it.
Every school sets its own start time, so treat this as a shape rather than a schedule. The order is what repeats: load the group without chaos, leave room for photos or dinner, arrive at the dance together, and get everyone home on a plan the parents have already read. The times further down are illustrative only.
There are two ways to start the night and one of them is slower. A stop list of homes means the chauffeur works curb by curb, and every extra driveway is minutes — so the first pickup goes earlier than people expect. One staging house, where the group meets and leaves together, buys that time back. Either works; confirm the addresses and their order when you book so the schedule is built around the real route.
Optional, and it fits inside the hours you already reserved. Restaurant, park, a desert backdrop or a neighborhood photo house — tell us the address when you book so the chauffeur can plan curb access instead of circling the block with the group inside. The whole point of a dedicated vehicle is that everybody gets out at the same moment, in front of the same doors, instead of trickling in from four different cars. We time the drop to the dance start rather than “sometime around then,” and the return pickup point is part of the written schedule, not something anyone has to negotiate by text at the end of the night.
Within the hours you booked, students go back to the homes or the staging address on the schedule. If the night runs long, extend before the clock runs out — same published hourly rate, subject to availability. Any after-homecoming stop goes on the request too: timing, venue access and the return plan are reviewed before the route is confirmed.
Example 5-hour block (illustrative only — not a published schedule): 4:45 p.m. first pickup → 5:30 p.m. last pickup → 6:15 p.m. photo stop → 7:30 p.m. dance arrival → returns as booked. Slide the whole block to your school’s start time; the order is what holds.

On board, the house rules are the same ones every other trip runs on — a school dance does not get a looser version. If anyone travelling is under 21, the trip is alcohol-free for the whole group, adults included:

How far ahead: Weddings, large groups and event dates: book 4 to 8 weeks ahead. Everything else: 48 hours is plenty; same-day when we have the vehicle. A homecoming date is an event date: once the school publishes it and you have a rough headcount, hold the vehicle.

50% holds the date and the balance is charged to your saved card 48 hours before pickup, due before your ride. A standard booking refunds in full 14 or more days before pickup; between 72 hours and 14 days the deposit is kept; inside 72 hours the reservation is non-refundable. A group that books 20+ passengers or 2 or more vehicles — a whole friend group plus a parent shuttle, say — falls under the large-group window instead: full refund 30+ days out.
