How it works on the day
Good to know. Bottled water is on board and it is the only complimentary amenity; meals, entries and anything bought on the way are yours.
Where we meet you: One pickup address for the whole party and one phone we call. The day is booked as a single hourly charter, so the vehicle and chauffeur stay with you from the first pickup to the last drop-off — the clock does not stop while you are out of the vehicle.
Luggage: Pack for a day out rather than a move: layers, water and what you buy along the way. If anyone is being dropped at an airport or a hotel afterwards with full luggage, say so when you book so the fit is confirmed in writing. The Executive Black Sprinter is rated for up to 40 bags.
What we can and cannot do: The day is priced by the hour with a four-hour minimum, and the drive each way is inside the booked window, not on top of it. Park, trailhead and site rules are set by the operators there, not by us. Anything the online quote cannot price — an unusual route, a multi-vehicle movement, a vehicle we hold for request only — goes to the reservations desk and comes back as a written quote before any card is charged.
What it costs: 12 hours in the Executive Black Sprinter (seats 14): the hour ladder gives you 2 free hours, so you pay for 10: 10 × $145 = $1,450. Add 8% Arizona tax; there is no booking fee and no fuel fee. 50% holds the date and the balance is charged 48 hours before pickup.

How far is Sedona from Scottsdale?
Drive time depends on the pickup point, traffic, weather, road conditions, and confirmed stops. The route and service window are reviewed before written confirmation.
Can we stop at wineries?
Winery stops can be added after guests book tasting reservations directly. Send the confirmed venues and times for route review; tasting fees remain payable to each venue unless the written quote expressly says otherwise.
What should we wear?
Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring layers. Sedona is at a higher elevation than Phoenix, so check the current forecast for every planned stop before departure.
Can the chauffeur drive directly to every Sedona trailhead?
Not always. Some popular trailheads use public park-and-ride shuttles, so private chauffeur service does not guarantee direct curbside trailhead access. Decide whether each stop is a drive-up viewpoint or a hike, then allow time for any required public-shuttle transfer.
