How Much Does a Party Bus Cost in Scottsdale?

Short answer: a party bus in Scottsdale costs $250 per hour with a 4-hour minimum, so a typical night out runs $1,000 to $1,500 before tax. Luxury Sprinter vans start at $145 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. Every rate Scottsdale Sprinters charges is on this page, along with the free-hour rule and the 8% tax, so you can price your own trip to the dollar before you call.

Every vehicle, every rate

We list every vehicle we run, a 6-seat SUV to a 56-seat motorcoach. Every one of them has its rate on this page and none is "call for pricing". If a vehicle is not on this card, it is not something we book.

Rates are hourly. 7+ hours earns 1 free hour, 12+ hours earns 2, 15+ hours earns 3. 8% tax applies. Checkout shows exactly what is charged today and when any balance is due. Tip is optional — 10/15/20% presets at checkout. It is never added automatically.

How the bill is built

There are only four moving parts, and you can check every one of them yourself.

1. Hourly rate × billed hours. Pick the vehicle, decide how long you want it door to door. The minimum is the smallest block you can book (4 hours for every vehicle; 5 for the motorcoach).
2. Free hours on longer days. Ask for 7 to 11 hours and we bill one hour less. Ask for 12 to 14 and we bill two hours less. Ask for 15 or more and we bill three hours less. Billed hours never drop below the vehicle minimum.
3. 8% tax on the fare.
4. Payment timing. Checkout shows exactly what is charged today and when any balance is due.

That is the entire invoice. There is no service fee, no fuel fee and no separate weekend or holiday rate on our card. A promo code, if you have one, is capped at 10% and only one can be used per booking. Tip is optional — 10/15/20% presets at checkout. It is never added automatically.

Four worked examples

These use the exact numbers from the table above. Per-person figures are the fare divided by the riders, rounded to the dollar.

1. Bachelorette night in Old Town — Party Bus (28 Pax), 5 hours

• Fare: $250 × 5 hours = $1,250
• Tax: $100, so the total is $1,350
• Split by 25 friends: about $50 per person. Fill all 28 seats and it drops to about $45 per person.

2. Sedona day trip — Executive Sprinter, 8 hours

• Requested 8 hours, billed 7 (one free hour): $145 × 7 = $1,015
• Plus 8% tax
• Split by 12 riders: about $85 per person. Fill all 14 seats and it is about $73 per person.

That is a full day up I-17, three or four hours of red rocks and a comfortable ride home for less than most people expect. The same math applies to the Executive White Sprinter.

3. Big group, short trip — Party Bus (28 Pax), 4 hours

• Fare: $250 × 4 hours = $1,000
• Tax: $80, so the total is $1,080
• Split by 20 riders: about $50 per person. All 28 seats filled: about $36 per person.

Four hours is enough for a stadium run, a birthday bar hop or a rehearsal-dinner shuttle. The Party Bus (28 Pax) is the largest party vehicle we run; the 56-Passenger Motorcoach handles bigger shuttle loads.

4. Small group, four hours — Limo Party Sprinter (16 Pax)

• Fare: $175 × 4 hours = $700
• With tax: $756
• Split by 12 riders: about $58 per person. All 16 seats filled: about $44 per person.

This is the sweet spot for dinner and drinks, a concert run or a prom group. The Limo Party Sprinter (16 Pax) has the lounge layout and lighting people picture when they search for a limo in Scottsdale.

Bonus: a 12-hour wedding day — Executive Mini Coach

Book 12 hours, pay for 10: $225 × 10 = $2,250, or $2,430 with tax. Spread across 29 seats that is about $78 per seat for a hotel-to-ceremony-to-reception-to-hotel loop that runs all day.

What changes the price (and what does not)

Hours change it most. Every extra hour is one more hour at the rate, until you cross 7, 12 or 15 hours and the free hours kick in. If you are debating 6 hours versus 7, notice that both bill 6 hours. Take the seventh.

Vehicle changes it. The Mini Bus (24 Pax) at $185/hr and the Party Bus (28 Pax) at $250/hr carry a similar headcount. One is a quiet executive shuttle; the other is built for a party. Choose by the trip, not just the seat count.

Distance does not add a separate charge. A Sedona or Tucson day is simply more hours on the clock. There is no mileage fee.

Date does not change the rate. Barrett-Jackson week, the WM Phoenix Open, spring-training weekends and New Year's Eve are major-event dates. What changes is availability, so request a current quote for your date and read the cancellation terms below.

Can you drink on the bus?

Yes, for adults. Arizona's open-container law, A.R.S. § 4-251, exempts passengers in a vehicle for hire such as a party bus or limousine, so guests 21 and over can bring their own drinks. No one under 21 drinks, and the driver never drinks. If anyone on board is under 21, the bus is dry for everyone. Read the full explainer.
