How do you get from Phoenix to Page without driving?

Book a private chauffeured transfer: one vehicle for your group only, door to door from any Phoenix or Scottsdale address, Sky Harbor included, to your address in Page, with no shared stops and no timetable. In the Luxury SUV (Suburban), for up to 6 with 10 bags, if checkout measures the drive at 4½ hours each way, one way is $1,225 before 8% tax. This is not a shared shuttle. A shared van sells seats on its own schedule; a private transfer leaves when you choose, from where you are, and goes where you are staying. The whole vehicle is yours, so the price does not change with the headcount. People book the run for Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, a houseboat or a marina on Lake Powell, or a stay in Page, and the ride home to Sky Harbor at the end. Every figure on this page comes from the same rate grid and pricing engine as checkout.

How far is Page from Phoenix?

From Old Town Scottsdale: about 285 miles by road to Page, the town beside Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, about 4½ to 5½ hours each way without stops or traffic delays. From Phoenix Sky Harbor: about 280 miles by road to Page, about 4½ to 5½ hours each way without stops or traffic delays. How much is a private shuttle from Phoenix to Page?

It is priced from the drive, per vehicle, not per seat. If checkout measures the drive at 4½ hours each way, one way before tax is $1,225 in the Luxury SUV (Suburban), $1,455 in the Executive Black Sprinter and $2,350 in the Executive Mini Coach (29 Pax); both ways booked together is $2,205, $2,619 and $4,230. A transfer is flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off, and priced from the drive beyond that, with the empty return included. Page is beyond it, so each vehicle's published transfer basis covers the first 60 minutes of vehicle time, out and empty back, and the rest of the drive is added by the half hour at the vehicle's hourly rate: $125 an hour in the Luxury SUV (Suburban), $145 in an Executive Sprinter. There is no hourly minimum on a transfer. The drive in these examples is a round figure inside the measured range. Checkout measures your own two addresses when you enter them and shows the exact total before you pay; a longer measured drive adds half hours, a shorter one removes them. Can you pick us up in Page for the ride back?

Yes. We collect in Page, at a hotel, a home or your Lake Powell endpoint, for the ride back to Phoenix, Scottsdale or Sky Harbor. Every trip on this page starts or ends in the Valley, and the ride back is priced the same way, from the measured drive. A Page pickup is confirmed in writing before you pay, with the address and the time. If you book the ride out and the ride back together, the return comes off 20%.

Do you take us into Antelope Canyon?

No. Antelope Canyon is visited only with an authorized Navajo tour operator, booked and paid directly with them; your chauffeur drives you to the operator’s check-in and collects you there. Horseshoe Bend is in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, and its parking is operated by the City of Page, paid separately from the ride.

Can you drop us at Lake Powell?

Yes, at the endpoint you confirm. The National Park Service lists several Glen Canyon access points around Page, and lake levels can change which one is in use, so the exact marina or launch goes on the booking in writing.

Which vehicle should we book?

Pick by the group and the bags: the Luxury SUV (Suburban) seats 6 with room for 10 bags; an Executive Sprinter, black or white, seats 14 with room for 40; the Maybach Jet Sprinter seats 9 with room for 4 checked bags; the Executive Mini Coach (29 Pax) seats 29 with room for 30; the 56-Passenger Motorcoach seats 56 with room for 125. For two to four travellers with suitcases the Luxury SUV (Suburban) is the lowest total here, $1,225 one way at a 4½ hours drive. A family or a team with golf bags or ski gear fits an Executive Sprinter. The Maybach Jet Sprinter is the most luxurious ride in the fleet, for a small group that wants massage seats and a table for the drive. A wedding party or a company offsite rides a coach.

One way, a day trip, or an overnight?

One way is a transfer, priced as above. A same-day there-and-back is our Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend day tour, booked by the hour with the vehicle waiting; an overnight is the Lake Powell trip, quoted in writing because the engine does not price a chauffeur's night away. The reservations desk confirms in writing which shape fits your trip before you pay.

What is included, and what is added?

The chauffeur, the fuel and bottled water are in the price. Arizona sales tax of 8% is added at checkout, and gratuity is optional and never added for you. There is no booking fee and no fuel surcharge. On a transfer each added stop on the way is $50; a stretch stop you ask for is simply a stop. A 50% deposit holds the date and the balance is charged 48 hours before pickup. Passengers 21 and over may bring their own drinks on a for-hire vehicle in Arizona; the chauffeur never drinks, and if anyone under 21 rides, no alcohol comes on the trip. There is no smoking or vaping inside any vehicle.
