Company retreat transportation planner: vehicles by group size
Size the fleet to the largest single movement of the retreat, usually the group dinner or the off-site, rather than to the airport arrivals, which come in waves. A small arrival wave rides the SUV or an Executive Sprinter; the whole company rides a coach, or several.
Each movement is booked one of two ways: a one-way transfer (flat within 15 road miles from pickup to drop-off; longer transfers are priced from the drive with the empty return included) or an hourly charter on the vehicle's own minimum, where 7 or more hours earns 1 free hour, 12 or more hours earns 2 free hours, 15 or more hours earns 3 free hours. Figures are before 8% Arizona sales tax. Groups of 1,000 to 2,000 guests move on coordinated multi-vehicle service.
