What we provide is the transportation: a private chauffeured vehicle for the evening, booked by the hour.

It is primarily a walking visit, and most animals are not visible at night. Dates, hours and ticketing are the Zoo's to change, so check its page before you buy or plan.
A sensory-friendly night and a drive-through night are ticketed separately and run under their own rules.
Neighborhood displays, lake events and downtown light walks each publish their own schedule, and hours, ticketing and parking change from year to year. Check the current official schedule for the display you want, then send us the addresses and the times you want to be at each one. We build the evening around what you have confirmed with the venue.
One hourly charter covers the evening: pickup at your address or a single staging address, the drive out, the wait while you are at the display, and the return to the addresses on the reservation. Stops inside the hours you have reserved cost nothing extra, because that time is already booked.
What it is not: we are not affiliated with any venue or event organizer, and we do not sell, hold or include admission, tickets or parking. There is no holiday package and no package price.
The written quote is built from the vehicle you choose and the hours you reserve. Reserving more hours can change the price, so confirm the duration in writing rather than assuming it is the same either way. The four-hour minimum applies to every vehicle except the 56-passenger motorcoach, which is five.
Where a vehicle of your size may stop, and how close that is to an entrance, is the venue's call on the night rather than something we can promise in advance.
Tell us the night, the pickup address, the rider count, what the group is bringing and any mobility needs, and we will confirm the vehicle and the price in writing before anything is reserved.
