The 2026 fair runs October 1 to November 1, open Thursdays through Sundays. Daily hours differ by day and change during the run, so check the official fair hours for the day you are going. Verified September 15, 2026 — check the official hours again for your own date.
We are a transportation service. We are not affiliated with the fair or its organizers, and we do not sell, hold or deliver admission tickets, carnival wristbands or parking passes. Bring your own; we handle the driving.

Where a vehicle of your size may stop, and how close that is to an entrance, is the fairgrounds' call on the day and can change between events. We plan the approach and the pickup point with you when you book and confirm it close to the date rather than promising a spot weeks out.
Set the return point when you book, not at closing time. A named meeting spot the whole group has already read beats a group chat in a dark car park.
Count everyone who has to ride together, then count what they are carrying. Strollers, wagons, folding chairs, coolers and whatever the kids win at the midway all take seats or luggage room, so list them with the request and the fit is confirmed in writing rather than discovered at the curb.
An executive Sprinter suits a family or a quieter group. A party cabin suits a group treating the night out as the event. For a large group the 56-passenger motorcoach is the largest single vehicle we run. A group beyond that needs more than one vehicle — tell reservations the headcount and they will put a plan in writing for your date.
Tell us about mobility and accessibility needs at the same time — a walker or wheelchair, a folding mobility scooter, someone who needs a low step or a short walk from the drop point. Vehicles differ, and it changes which one fits.
Rates are published per vehicle per hour, each with its own minimum, on our pricing page. Your exact total depends on the vehicle, the hours you reserve and the trip details, and it is confirmed in writing before anything is reserved.
Stops inside the hours you book cost nothing extra, because the time is already reserved.
